๐ A warm welcome all new 1st timers to the challenges and hi again to those returning for another month๐
The first time I joined one of these was the best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb in 4 months. Itโs really nice to see how others are getting on and itโs a motivation to keep on track๐
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked, Many of us may be heading back to work after a looong break or even a getting ready for a wedding!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better๐

Wow , already halfway though this year, I started calorie counting 2.5 months ago and have lost about 14lbs and can now fit into my old work trousers, itโs not loads, itโs a small achievement and I feel better now than I did back then, no need to stress if you fall off the wagon one day, enjoy the day and jump back on tomorrow, donโt look how far you have to go, but how far youโve cone

Since I'm at the beginning of this journey (this time around), I think I will loose more rapidly this first month. The previous 2 times I've started I lost over 15 pounds the first month just from adding in steps and CICO. Although I'm a bit older this time, so it may not work the same!9 -
Back again for June. Thank you so much @sassbag for inspiring us again to keep at it. I fell off the wagon towards the end of May but the weather is getting better so hereโs hoping this month will be a better one. Good luck everyone!

Slowly, slowly heading towards my goal weight. This last weekend I wore the jeans shorts I spent a summer in last time I was around my favourite weight, and they fit perfectly again now. There is probably little point in trying to lose the last few kg, but I just want to see what itโs like on my body now.8 -

I definitely need this in my life right now!
I am 5'2'' and petite. Throughout my teens and 20s, I weighed between 7.5 and 8 stones and did very little to maintain that. Then, as many of us do, I hit my 30s and my weight has steadily increased. For as long as I can remember, I have been around 125lbs and wanted to lose around 10lbs. Then lockdown kicked in, I dislocated my knee and ultimately I put on a stone (looks more like two)!! I have got to the point where most of my clothes are way too tight and I look flabby. I feel pretty awful. Enough is enough. It's my birthday at the end of July and I would really like to be back to 125lbs by then!
