I'm on day 7 of my 90 day candida cleanse. (So excited to make it past day 9 this attempt!! Lol) I'm very happy with the results so far. I did a workout (lifting) a couple days ago and felt weak. I was worried that I wasn't eating enough (I'm not tracking), but yesterday I did another one, and I felt strong and amazing! The downward slope seems to have slowed now, so I doubt these will be the results next week, but I wouldn't mind if they were. XD
