    Happy news indeed!! I'm sure it did feel like forever. But my 1st thought was 'wow, has it been 5 weeks?' Time needs to slow down for some of us obviously. :/
    So glad he's doing well, hopefully he'll listen to his doctors and isn't the typical stubborn person of his generation. I can imagine a certain little dog will be extremely excited about it too. <3

    Oh he's stubborn and determined and very independent but I think the rehab ladies have him thinking a little more on how to do things safely and not return with another broken hip.
    Tiger will lick dad within an inch of his life , he'll be that excited 😆

    My baby turned 39yrs old today.
    I called and sang him Happy Birthday, he was home for lunch, kids yelling in the background,
    him telling them to hush, the chaos, lol.
    When I was 39, he was getting ready to go to college.

    I bought “Nugget” arrangeable foam furniture and the “Moonpod” bean bag chair for the upstairs bonus room for my son’s family.
    The twins have confiscated the entire room,
    jumping onto the Moonpod.
    My son has only gotten to relax in it once. 😢
