    My name is Donna and I am 61 years old. I am from the Midwest USA. 5’ 5
    I will be keeping the Thursday weigh-in (in addition to the 1st and last day of the month for the full tally)

    June start Weight: 206.4 (Weight on May 31st)
    June Goal Weight: 201.4 (5 lb loss)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know when I get there).

    Jun 03 : 203.2 getting ready for a “diet” rest day so I will likely see an uptick in the coming days.

    I need extra motivation. I usually lose during the week, but I gain back on the weekends. So, I'm going with the following format.
    End of June goal - 152 adjusted to today to 154...

    6/1 - 159
    6/5 - 158.5
    This could have been less but for a retirement party at work... 🙃
    6/8 - 159
    Umm hmm. I got down to 157.5 on Monday a.m., but then I just kept eating at night. Sunday & Monday are my weekend.

    Thanks Chublet but I think it's a fluke. My weight fluctuates several lbs. We shall see.
