    Stress eating today after receiving very worrying news last night about my brother. I really wish I wasn't turning to food, but I am.

    I'm kinda annoyed because I am weighing in tomorrow and I wanted to be losing something. But I guess I just have to take care of my stress levels right now.

    Just curious if its been really hot where you live? Its been in the 100's where I am, and I've been seeing bigger than normal fluctuations.

    @Toronto6fan Onederland Yessssss. 3 days of social occasions this week (which always include food) but I am hanging onto the Onederland keys, even if it's a bumpy ride this week. Thanks for the shout-out. It's been a very long time since I've been in the 100's. I'm not letting it go......

    I’ve haven’t posted in a while as I’ve been doing a lot of traveling to visit family (all my daughters live out of state, all across the country). In fact, I’m just back from a vacation with all our adult children and their families. Fortunately it was a very active vacation and I’m very pleased to return home having met my goal weight. Woohoo!!!

    I am now at a “normal” weight based on BMI. My plan is to continue as I have these pass six months and see where my weight settles.

    I so appreciate everyone’s support here. I believe experiencing the journey with others is a great help.

    That's beyond awesome having reached your goal weight, congrats, and on getting to spend time with your family.

    Oh I hope it's not your gall bladder, I had mine out in Jan and was in such pain during the attack.
