    July 01: 197.6 Up a bit today. I think everything is finally catching up and leveling after a false low weight due to illness. I think this is likely my true weight. My plan is to make some changes and see some changes! Good luck everyone this round.

    How???? My husband and I have been doing the low carb together he lost 21lbs and I haven't lost any. Well I lose them I gain it right back. N I'm our chef so we're eating the same stuff. I'm so frustrated...

    Same here. My husband seems to lose weight really quickly and mine comes off so slowly - if at all, and I watch what I eat and track everything, while he cheats and he constantly eats extra junk!
