  • Why has nobody noticed that he is undereating and losing 4-8 pounds/week without medical supervision? OP, this doesn't look good to me...

    Did you see that a doctor is involved? And I'm doing this the right way?

    Hang in there. I see you are having a bit of a plateau. I just got off one. Frustrating, but when those numbers start going down again it's wonderful. Keep up the good hard work. Wishing you success on your lifestyle journey.

    I think/hope that the plateau was planned, as that is already nearly 10lbs down in a month.

    Yes I'm trying to maintain for a little a little while. But my doctor is not worried about the rate of loss at this point.

    6/7 - 273 Did not see this one coming? Lost way to much I have been out in the heat since the 3rd, working all day on resealing my motor home roof. I thought I was eating enough and consumed a lot of water to stay hydrated but lost to much to fast. Next time I will bring my scale with me to try and stop this. The phone only counts steps not all the work I was doing so had no clue to my calorie burn.

    6/26 - 277 Went back to the doctor yesterday he was happy that I'm still losing but was whishing I did better. My last appointment I was at 280 so a 3 pond weight loss for around 30 days He would like to see 10 lbs. at this point. Blood work all still going good so I guess I need to start working a little harder.

    7/7- 275 Last month step count went down and only cut off 2 lbs. still going in the right direction see where it goes from here. I did hit 273 for a day last month but then went right back up :'(
