    So many but today was an imbedded trifecta.

    1- this mornings post.

    2- Dr visit.
    a- strip down and weigh in and find out my home scale is .5 pounds over.
    b- ol girl checking me in calls me honey in that sweet southern accent every other sentence.
    c- ol’ girl Dr. tells me I have a nice abdomen and waistline.

    3- Mornings turning into evening.

    After a night of literally falling asleep for a few minutes at a time every few hours, a weather forecast of days upon days of rain, and not being able to eat or drink anything for a couple few hours…

    I’m vertical, I feel amazing considering how *kitten* last nights sleep was, and I’m ready to make this fantastic day my *kitten*.
