Imma eat him. I’m keeping him alive until the day before I cook him.
Pass it over. I’ll give it a try. I got plenty more to catch too.
I’ve got 2 more NY strip steaks I gotta make first.
So how *do* you cook a turtle?
And how big do you estimate the other one to be?1 -

Soup, stew, deep fried, gumbo, pan fried, grilled, slow cooked… I sound like Bubba Gump.
At least between 20 and 25 pounds. I had him almost on shore and he broke a 30 pound leader to get away last time.
To all the bowling ball grouchy face givers…
They are eating all my game fish. I can’t restock my ponds with the nuisance turtles in them.
How would you like me to relocate them to your neighborhood so they can hop into your ornamental ponds and eat all your ornamental fish? Is that what your bleeding hearts would prefer?
At least they are filling a belly and providing value this way.4 -

Taking a break from CVs & watching the gators float up the canal from the window, while the unsuspecting 20-somethings 3-4 deep on ski mobiles are racing each other back & forth at what looks like, 80mph... oh boy. I can't believe I don't see at least 1 person per wk taken down by a critter.0

Haha. Save your $20... a double espresso would be lovely.
I have lots of short vids on my Android, but I can never figure out the exact amount of seconds I'm allowed to record to email to myself... I can't even text them to others... too long. By the time I focus, then zoom in, I'm 10 seconds in.
I'll attempt to get a good pic or short vid soon & one that isn't taken from behind the patio screen, big baby that I am.

Probably still blushing.
Just left the market. Chatted with the gals, picked up a 12er of fruity drinks for today’s adventures, and a 5 hour energy.
Checking out lil’ gal says “you need a pick me up, Buttercup?”.
Me: “Affirmative, could use one.”
Lil’ gal “The energy’s on me.”
She bought me a 5 hour energy.
Southern gals are too sweet.

Firing up the grill for lunch.
Wagu burger fired over oak and cherry, seasoned with salt, pepper and a hint of dark brown sugar and chilly honey.
Tomato, Dijon mustard, dukes Mayo, onion, and lots of burnon smoked Gouda cheese.
