This is my goal too, my birthday is September 5th!6 -
I wanted to be below 190 by July 31, and I was 189.8 today. 22 pounds lost, and 1/3 of the way to goal. Plan to be there by Jan 1.8
-
I have 2 mini goals for the next 12 months. Mini goal 1 is to lose 25 lbs before the beginning of December as I am scheduling a vacation for then. Mini goal 2 is to lose an additional 15 lbs by March for my sister's wedding.7

Normal BMI is 3.5kg away…!6
-
-Another 12 pounds means I'm not obese (per BMI).
-Another 15 pounds means I'm in 'onederland'
-The next size down in clothes. I can technically wear medium shirts, but I will soon be able to do so comfortably.
- Lifting goals9 -
Getting under 200. First time since I was 12. One pound left to go.15
-
Lose some weight before my next doctor visit on August 25th.11
-
To only be "overweight" on the BMI scale. 11 pounds to go.11
-
My mini goal is to reach 20% of my start weight lost. 12.8 pounds to go. However, the goal that is motivating me is my medium-term goal. When I lose another 93.8 pounds, my husband is going to let me get the puppy that I've been asking for.14

Getting my sleeping pattern back on track, for some reason I'm going to sleep early then wake up in the middle of the night and not going back to sleep until it's time to get up. Which is throwing my dietary intake off, because since I'm up my body and or mind feel like it's breakfast time and I want to eat, I need sleep and to lose more pounds so this isn't the proper direction for things to be going. Always something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!6

I've been an insomniac and struggled with my sleep patterns since I was a preteen. The last couple months I decided to try to reset my circadian rhythm by sleeping with my window blinds open so that sunlight will shine into my room in the morning. The recommendation I read was to get access to sunlight as soon as you can after waking up, but I'm bad about opening the blinds in my apartment or getting outside so I opted to just leave my bedroom blinds open. My sleep schedule has been better the last two months than it has been since I was a kid.
My bedroom is on the second story so nobody can look in, but if you're not that lucky you could consider translucent curtains or opening your blinds at an angle that lets light in but won't let people look in.6 -
Oddly enough, what has been motivating for me is that on MyFitnessPal.com, you enter all the food eaten for the day and, at the bottom of the page, there's a "Complete this Entry" button. When you hit that button, it tells you that if you keep up eating like you did today, it will tell you how much you will weigh in 5 weeks. I wrote down each weight and I'll be, 5 weeks later, the "guesstimate" was within spitting range! 5 weeks is just far off enough to keep me motivated, but not enough time to lose interest. Since April, I am down 18 lbs!15

I did it! I entered Onederland on Saturday morning! That's motivating! Haven't had a one in front of my weight for many years!30 -
I am trying to get under 200 pounds by the time we go to Key West. That's this coming Saturday. 5 days from now only a few pounds to go. I'm 203 now.13

My mini goal right now is to break through to the 170's. I'm really close at 181.6. The next goal will be on to the 160's.
I use to be on Spark People and they had these groups (200-ville, 190-ville, etc.) that you could join and it was a big motivator for me to lose weigh in 10 pound increments. There's not a lot of action now in those groups but I still do this mentally.12 -
Fit into a size 18 pants. I started at size 24/26. I am now in a size 20. Size 18 is just a pit stop on my way to even smaller sizes.17

renneduke1. You can do it. I understand being so close and just wanting to be there already. Trust in your process, stay on track and you will get there before you know it.9
-
To enter the 220s. Each new decade is exciting and I"m a little over 2 pounds away right now, and I seem to have plateaued. But, I"m confident I'll break through it eventually9

To get to 166lbs. Very specific I know but I’ve been hovering around 177 and 178 lbs for about a month. I’m giving it an extra push to get there!10
-
To get to that 100kgs. My weight has been fluctuating over the last few months.7
-
Running 3 miles at a sub 9 min mile pace
Haven’t done so in over a year10 -
My mini goal is to get into a size 14 pants by September 1st and start saving up for my big trip in 2023.12
-
Typo. 😉 I meant I’ve been hovering around 167 and 168 lbs. So just 1 pound to go to get to 166lbs.12
-
;I'd like to get to 180 by Sept 1st. 9-10 pounds to go10

Same here. Trying to lose the obesity and getting just overweight soon.8 -
Reaching my next weight decade (I'm close! ~2 lbs. away!) and getting back into some clothes I haven't worn in quite some time!
Once I leave my current weight decade, 5 pounds loss from that will be the halfway point of my journey to my 2021 ultimate goal weight!9
