Terrific job! Dad, you'll be there for your girls for so many more years than you would have been without the weight loss. Thanks for the motivation.31 -

Wow, you have done AMAZING!!
Looking at your after photo, my first thought was that you have to be very tall because 296 looks quite svelte. Then I noticed the door frame, which confirmed it.15 -
I gained 20 pounds during the pandemic hitting 156 pounds (I am only 5'2"). At 121 now by doing intermittent fasting 16/8 during week days. I have been paying the gym since January 01st, but unfortunately not going, so while I lost the weight, I am super flabby.
I just wish I would find my way to make the gym part of my routine.

One year, almost 45 lbs down at 52.
Really started to see a difference when I started to lift heavier weights. Still working on toning up and now attempting the very challenging maintenance part. Wish me luck

This is amazing! Well done! Lifting is magical . Maintenance is actually pretty easy as long as you have not done any extreme diet to drop the lbs. Congrats!3 -
Time lapse is 20 weeks. Still working towards my target of 180lbs.
