    I am doing TERRIBLE in this challenge, lol. I don't think summertime is my best time for losing weight - I am definitely more focused on wanting to "enjoy the moment" . I probably should have skipped this challenge and gotten back to shaving off fat in the Autumn.

    I just swam for the first time in over a month (not counting a brief 5 minute swim a week or so ago).
    Does anyone else find that your increased awareness of your muscles after exercise helps suppress your appetite and cravings?
