Being 13st again. im 14st 2lbs right now so hopefully next week i'll be there!

I use to be on Spark People and they had these groups (200-ville, 190-ville, etc.) that you could join and it was a big motivator for me to lose weigh in 10 pound increments. There's not a lot of action now in those groups but I still do this mentally.
I do this too. 10 lbs at a time. It's not overwhelming but still significant.11 -
I set a 10 week goal to run a 5K in 30 minutes.15

I think it’s 14 ish pounds to go before I’m merely obese.
Two months. I’ll be there by Halloween for sure.9 -
I've challenged myself to stick to a particular food diet for 5 days. I usually have difficulty staying in the boundaries of something because I seem to sabotage myself. So I'm making an extra effort to follow through this time.11

I'm going to walk/jog my first 10k in October. I created a training plan and I am SUPER excited.19

I have an operation in two weeks. I want to be under 105kgs before then (0.6 kg down). It isn't so much about the weight as making a start in the right direction after being unable to exercise for months.15

I am down from 70.3 to 66.8 kgs. I am now in normal BMI. Still need to lose some kgs, while adding some muscle. I am very close to 5% down, which is a nice thing, may happen in a couple of days (only need 0.1 kg down for this).
However, my true minigoal is to reach my first goal - to get below 66 kgs. I think this may be doable in two weeks.
Also, in 18 days, I will do a race, "only" 3.8kms/2.4 miles, but it is a long race for me. I very recently started slow running short distances, and I do hope to run most of the race. I know it is a hilly route and I will allow myself to walk uphill, but I hope to finish below 30 minutes.9 -

Mine is getting under 400 pounds. I am almost there. I have 5 pounds to go. I should be there in 2 weeks or less. Then I am going to focus on 20 pound increments the rest of the way.19

I want to be sub 150 consistently. I made it a couple times but have popped up over by a few pounds a couple times also. It'll be neat!11

To lose 5-10 lbs. with alternating Strength Training/Treadmill & calorie counting within the next month in time for the 5K that I will be walking/jogging in. I did it before ,I know I can do this again!10

To lose 10lbs by adding three strength training days to my week and cutting out some of the extra sugar I tend to eat11

My next goal is to lose 8 pounds. That will put me into an overweight bmi! I will be thrilled when that happens! 😃13
