Hoping to fit into my clothes better before (if) I get to go to see my great granddaughter in October.13

Getting to 180 lbs, currently I'm 191 lbs13

lose the pounds I have gained.11

Hitting that weight goal that has eluded me since I got serious about my weight and health. Started this journey back in 2012 and I am SO CLOSE (2-2.5 lbs) to my goal. It seems that every time I get close I sabotage myself. Yet I determine this to be part of the struggle.
Be as positive as possible and take the steps necessary to take charge of your health.20 -
Staying below 140 through the holidays in order to celebrate maintaining my 100lb weight loss for 20 years come February. I have had some slips but have managed to keep at least 75 of those 100 off the entire time and always got back down to a more suitable weight for my small 5' 2" frame.27

My goal is to stick to my plan today. Both food and exercise. My wife wants cookies. LOL15

My goal is to keep going today. This is my first week doing low calorie and am so not used to it yet. Taking one day at a time. If I just wake up every day and say "i'm doing the work today for myself and my family" and "month by month, it will get easier".19

Slowly cutting out one thing a week. This week it’s high sugar processed snacks.
Going to the beach to go swimming once every few days is motivating me. I’d like to feel less and less self conscious in a bikini as the days go by. Hoping by mid October I will be focusing more on having a lot of fun in the water 🏝👙12 -

Congrats on the upcoming 20 years of maintenance! How will you celebrate?5 -

Thanks so much! I haven't really decided yet, but I am thinking a shopping trip may be in order. Haven't really gone a true spree since the initial loss.8 -
Want to lose next 10lbs to purge my closet for real!!! I’m looking forward to that!!! No holding on to skinny/fat clothes, or holding on to clothes to resell for few bucks. Everything that’s not worn, fitting, or damaged is gone to value village. 😎
I won’t be reaching that goal for another 2 months at least as I’m going 1 lb/ week. It should be very fun though when it happens.
Getting impatient.14 -
I want to get to where I use my stationary bike for ten minutes consistently every day. It's not much but it's a beginning with aerobic exercise.20

I need to loose 3 more pounds to be the lowest weight I've been in 25 years. I'll be 149 pounds.21

Go go go!
That’s my lowest weight of 10 years too! I’ve hit that number once this month but we’ve had heatwave and my water weight is all over the place.
My lowest adult weight is 145 and want to reach that next month. 😌
Good luck!11 -

Good for you, that's a great beginning goal!

I’m .6 pound from hitting a 50 pound loss. Hoping to see it by September 1. Then I’m only 5 pounds to a healthy BMI. Hoping to hit that goal by October 1.18

I love Halloween and this is the first year in AGES that I can actually think of having a costume that isn't an ugly witch or a ghoul, this year I'm thinking eccentric cat woman - with a leopard dress, a boa, maybe some boots.... So pulling that together is a motivator. LOL!11

Kudos to you for taking it slowly. 👏2 -
My mini goal is congratulating myself when I do not eat. I am proud that ice cream can sit in the freezer, and not be attacked because I'm bored or stressed. I also like that I don't feel compelled to finish my plate. So I like recognizing those moments.14

To keep being able to resist in-store urges to buy junk food or anything that just appeals to me at the moment, and to get out of the 240's and into the 230's for the first time in years. I'm less than a pound away from there as of this week.10

If not now, when?11

Many sound cheesy. But hitting 125 on my scale. At 64. That is only a few more pounds. But for too many years it was a pipe dream.15
-
I just hit my original goal today! Now my goal is to be in the middle of a normal BMI.15
-
My original goal was weight loss so my surgeon would do my joint replacements (a hip and both knees). Two down and one to go. Ultimately, I want to get into backpacking and do some serious hiking. The other knee is next spring and I need to stay at 40 BMI or below. Strength for the upcoming holidays. Always a challenge!14

at the moment it's just keeping feeling good changes. i'm feeling stronger and more like my body can do the things i ask of it than i have in years, and it's really nice.7

I had a typo. May sound cheesy. But hitting 125 on my scale. At 64. That is only a few more pounds. But for too many years it was a pipe dream.
Another mini goal was to cut out my milk consumption. Doing substitute teaching I got a lot of free milk. And who can resist little cartons or bags of chocolate or strawberry milk. Four a day, that was 600 calories. Now, no school milk. I (may have) one cup at home. Otherwise, it's 1/3 cup and almond milk and protein in my mini blender.11 -
To lose the next 15 lbs and weigh less than 200 lbs for the first time in my adult life.17
-
To get into the 220s for the first time since undergrad. I'm at 232.8 right now. So close I can taste it!13
