    Slowly cutting out one thing a week. This week it’s high sugar processed snacks.

    Going to the beach to go swimming once every few days is motivating me. I’d like to feel less and less self conscious in a bikini as the days go by. Hoping by mid October I will be focusing more on having a lot of fun in the water 🏝👙
