Morning all, wow yesterday was a blur..I had one of those eyeball headaches.. :(. I am doing a lot of driving today, so not sure how much exercise I will get it, but I believe I will at least get the bike ride in at night. Baby girl all of a sudden hates bike rides...for some reason she is "scared"...says it's so scary...So no baby girl with me. My eating was terrible yesterday..got the urge for brownies.. I NEVER bake brownies...well I did and had 2. LOL and NOT little pieces.

@trooworld I never use my Pinterest account..it seems overwhelming to me. LOL. So glad you have some time off...enjoy and oh Peanut butter pretzels..YUM...those are addicting. LOL

@renaegry You got this...it's a good feeling to move our bodies isn't it? Great job

@TeresaW1020 LOL if ONLY my DH would admit he is deaf...well at least getting there..I hate repeating myself or hear him say..I didn't hear you..."oh so you don't have a hearing problem...It's me I speak too soft. " I am so proud of you and where you have come in your journey!!

Just got in a 3.64 km 35 min walk this morning. Wasn’t feeling it and it was drizzly out. Plan on doing some bench presses and an ab workout sometime this morning. 4🔵 This months

@theslightedgeforever I’m glad you had a great visit with your friends. You will get that gain off. :)

@cbabie The audiologist appointment was super enlightening! My DH is 78 years old and for the last several months we have been worried about his cognitive functioning. W even went to his primary who did tests to rule out that he had a mini-stroke. Well, the audiologist explained that the brain is a muscle and how interconnected hearing and speech work together. Once he stops hearing his brain as well stops understanding and the progression just gets worse. He had been wearing his hearing aids just once or twice a week and she said he must wear them every day. So tomorrow, he is pulling the trigger and writing a big check to get new hearing aids that are high quality. I’m very excited because I’m hoping this will give him back the confidence in himself that he used to have. So, get your husband tested!! ;)

@trooworld have a great few days off! I really need to go to Trader Joe’s soon. They have the best spices! :)

@renaegry Ugghhh I would hate to get up that early. You’re a good mama! And good job on all your exercise! B)

Hello everyone! It’s just a normal Thursday. I had my staff meeting and then I cleaned the one building. I had to take mom for her 6-month eye doctor appointment since they dilate her and she can’t drive. I just sat in the car and finished up my Bible study homework for tonight. My food was good today and I’m working hard at staying as sugar-free as possible. :)

@cbabie Oh gosh, I'm sorry about the headache. I hope it's better today. That's too bad about baby girl hating bike rides. Hopefully she comes around. I love brownies. ;) Pinterest can be overwhelming but it's super helpful. For instance, I have a private board (no one can see it) called MY SAVINGS. When I want to buy something, I put the things on the MY SAVINGS board with a note that says how many hours I would have to work to pay for the thing. It's usually all impulse buys so I don't end up getting the stuff. I haven't used it for a while, I've been giving in to my impulse buys but now that I am thinking about it, I will use it again. Yes, I am glad for the time off, too! And I agree about the PB pretzels.

    @renaegry That is early!

@TeresaW1020 Thank you! I love TJs, I'm going there today! Sounds like you had another good day.

Hi all. I made a meal plan with some TJ's easy meals, including: Asian Weeknight Feast (Chickenless Mandarin Orange Morsels, stir-fry veggies, Thai Vegetable Gyoza, jasmine rice), Bulgogi Beef and Kimchi Fried Rice with Korean-style short ribs, and Crispy Fish Tacos. The rest of the week is more complicated homecooked meals. The TJ's meals involve cooking but not to the extent as the others. I went to Bath and Body Works yesterday and got some new fall candles, they are having a sale: buy 2 get 2 free on candles so I couldn't resist! :D

Morning, I reverted backwards yesterday...I swear I ate anything with fat and or sugar. So today I am making better choices. I took baby girl to the Dr and she is so healthy and good..I am so thankful for that blessing of God. I was reading the comments about diet on her paper from the DR and it is my choice what I buy, my choice what I give her...( I put ME in that line). LOL. I chose egg over PB today...I have to be strong for the both of us. Yet I have to be flexible so as not to teach that food is the evil one...It's our choices, our decision...Food is not sending us coded messages to eat them...(well maybe) LOL

@TeresaW1020 I can't even bring the hearing subject up with DH...you know I wear glasses but that doesn't mean something is wrong with me...MEN..ok my MAN...vain. Yet he will smoke 500 cigs and 2000 cups of coffee a day..LOL not really that many (just seems like it.....I am sure he has something wrong with his elbow..it's always bent and stays in place with his coffee cup. :open_mouth: Sounds like you had a GREAT day.!!

@trooworld I can't even pronounce the food you are having for dinner...LOL I know I wouldn't be able to cook them. You always have a good variety...Me I just make the same thing over and over. LOL. They all sound great..good job planning. ( I still have a bath and Body Works basket in my bathroom, it was so cute I kept it...MY sister gave it to me SEVERAL years ago for my birthday filled with lotions and such...it now holds things like cotton rounds, eye make up remover..etc. Can't pass up sales. :)

@renaegry Remember you. body needs rest...I think I never know how tired I am until I lay down. LOL. great job on the activities.

@trooworld Did you take a healthy snack to work? I'm still here in MN with dd. We're heading next week to Boston and some NE states for her vacation. I love Pinterest. I even set up my dd a Pinterest account. We are decorating her apartment. I put things that I think would look good depending on the room. She has put in a Shopping List board for things she likes and then if I see them or she seems them we order/buy.

@renaegry Woohoo on your 4 blue dots. Just keep working towards those each day. You are doing really well.

@teresaw1020 I'm glad you are doing well on your sugar free diet. Keep it up Interesting thing about hearing/speech. It makes sense. I have a slight hearing problem and I'm supposed to wear a hearing aid in my right ear but won't. I told him I'm too young. It's why I don't wear my glasses every day either. Just for distance and I don't need to look that far lol I thought you were all talking about TJ maxx instead of Trader Joes. lol

@cbabie Good for you for choosing egg over PB. Yes, deprivation makes us just want the "food" more, I think. Plus we can get some later if we want it. It's not like we have to go out and kill our food these days. I've been watching my daughter and how she eats. She pretty well eats what she wants but just in tiny portions. Do you have another sister I don't know about? I don't remember buying the basket. But then I don't remember much lately.

@trooworld Sounds like you have some very tasty TJ meals planned, so hopefully, it will keep you from ordering takeout as often. :)

@cbabie You are totally right that we choose what to put in our mouths. But don’t discount the addiction equation for sugary/starchy foods. Once some of us eat those foods it literally hijacks our brains. This is what I’m really working on this month with my quit sugar challenge. Yikes, your DH sounds like my dad! Unfiltered cigarette in his mouth, one cup of black coffee in one hand and a glass of tea in the other hand. Some people you just gotta let them do their thing and focus on what you need to do for yourself. ;)

@theslightedgeforever I’m the same with my glasses and only wear them when I need to drive or see at a distance. I think one of the reasons I can’t get used to wearing my contacts is that I don’t wear them except to church. I need to decide if I’m going to wear them all the time or just give them up. I’ve been reorganizing my Pinterest boards to make them more useful for me. :)

Good morning! I’m sitting here with my TV on and listening to the coverage for 9/11. They are reading the names now and it never stops being so horrific and heartbreaking. :'( I don’t have much going on today. DH and I have to clean our screened-in porch because Maggie decided to chew through a bag of potting soil. Plus, some of my potted plants are dying and need to go ahead and be thrown away. DH has football to watch today so I’m making turkey, bacon, gouda wraps so he can eat in front of the TV. He got his new hearing aids yesterday and loves them. This makes me so happy! :)

@cbabie That was a blip on your weight loss journey. You'll do better today. That's great that baby girl is healthy. Yes, you have to be a good example for her. I like the way you think. :) Most of that stuff from TJ's is pre-made and frozen and all I have to do is defrost it lol! I don't know if I can pronounce it either. I get bored of the same thing, I'm not someone that can eat the same thing over and over. I wish I were, it would make it easier I think. That sounds like a nice birthday gift. I have a hard time passing up sales, too.

@theslightedgeforever I only worked Monday - Wednesday in the office but yes I did. I still ended up getting into the vending machines one day though. You are really traveling, aren't you? That's great you are getting out. I love Pinterest, too. It sounds like you've put it to good use.

@TeresaW1020 Yes! No, it never does stop being horrific and heartbreaking. I'll never forget where I was when it happened or how I felt. I was at work at a bill collecting place when it happened. All work stopped and they wheeled in a TV to the IT room and we watched through the glass. So sad. Who wouldn't want to chew through a bag of potting soil? That sounds lovely lol. Those wraps sound delicious. Yay for new hearing aids!

Hi all. I had yesterday off and I didn't do much besides go grocery shopping. Today will be a busy day. I have to drive 35 miles away to pick up my paintings from the show I was in, then I am meeting my officemate to celebrate our birthdays. We are going to lunch. I'm definitely going to eat breakfast as we aren't eating until after 1 pm. My husband wants Cincinnati Chili for dinner and we only have it about once a year, so I agreed to make it. I started the process last night. I love it. That means I'll have to make a healthy decision for lunch. I'm going to look at the menu right after I'm done with my responses.

Hi all. Yesterday was okay, I went to lunch with my officemate and had a salad but then I had a piece of chocolate cheesecake. Had my Cincinnati Chili for dinner as planned. I went way over in my calories but hopefully I can balance it out over the next 6 days. Today, I'm not doing much. I have a headache that hopefully will go away. I think it's from the heat.

@teresaw1020 So are you being successful on the no sugar challenge? Think how long it would take to read all the names of the people that died from covid. :/ Yeah on the hearing aids.

@trooworld Have you decided your healthy habits yet? Mine pretty much stay the same. Now I'm working on making them stick and be consistent. How is the Cronomoter working for you? Yes, I'm traveling alot since I didn't do anything 2020. Who knows what 2022 will look like so dd and I are taking advantage now while we can.

My current 100 day book is Eat What You Love, Love What you Eat: How to Break your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle. I took the quiz they offered amihungry.com/quiz I'm pretty balanced with instinctive eating, overeating, and restrictive eating. So now hopefully I'll learn how to raise up my instinctive eating scores and lower the rest.

    Good morning everyone.
I had gone back to WW but came off it about a week later and came back here two days ago. Was so hungry and just not myself and realized how low I was eating my calories. Also, realized in the WW site that it’s not truly WW fixing the points. So I asked the coach about it since I noticed three different points for a product and they stated it is all “crowd sourcing.” So I asked about WW giving the proper points as opposed to anyone in the community. Like it used to be in the books and all. They said no we do crowd sourcing. So basically there is no verified food for points. So I canceled to never go back and stay with calories where I can truly verify it all. So far so good.

Hope everyone is doing great!!!! :)

    @theslightedgeforever Yes:
    • Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
    • Drink at least 52 oz of water each day
    • Practice mindful eating
    • Eat a healthy breakfast even on the weekends
    • Don't go to the grocery store hungry
    • Track my food intake
    • Eat at least 5 servings of fruits & veggies a day
    • Chew slowly
@theslightedgeforever I like Cronometer. The question is really, "How am I working for Cronometer?" I am going above my calorie range every day. It was the same for WW, I was above my point range every day. Nothing will work until I put in the work. That's why I am going to start up with the healthy habits above. I figure the rest will naturally fall in line. That's good you are traveling a lot while you can. I took the quiz, I am not balanced. I didn't do well in the instinctive eating area of the quiz. That's good you are balanced. I'll work on my healthy habits.

@JediAwakens That's interesting about the crowdsourcing. I just quit WW, too...on Friday. I hope YOU are doing great, too!

Hi all. I had a great day yesterday as far as quality of life goes. I texted with a friend and I read a lot, I finished 3 books that I had almost finished. I am off today, I have a lot to do. I'm meeting a friend for breakfast and then I have errands and have to fold laundry.

@theslightedgeforever Yes, I am being mostly successful with the no sugar challenge. Counting today, I have had 7 zero added sugar days, 4 days of 5 grams or under, and 2 days with over 5 grams of sugar. So, I’m really happy with that and for the rest of the month I’m going to do my best to keep it at zero as many days as possible. I am also working at keeping naturally added sugars to under 15 grams a day, which isn’t really hard because I’m not eating fruit right now. I took the quiz and my results are: Instinctive Eating: 39
Overeating: 30 Restrictive Eating: 50 Not sure what I’m supposed to do with that info but it’s interesting.

@JediAwakens That is true about the WW points and you will find counting calories using MFP often has the same issues with foods being in the database that aren’t verified. That is why I switched to using Cronometer. They work very hard to only have foods that are verified so you can trust that you are actually eating the calories and macros you need to be eating. :)

@trooworld You have great goals that will for sure help you if you. I almost always go to the grocery store hungry, which is why I make a very detailed list and do my best to stick to it! Sounds like you are thoroughly enjoying your much deserved time off from work. :)

Hi everyone! So, I woke up this morning with a carb hangover. I’m not kidding that it’s the same feeling as drinking a bottle of wine. Weight was up, my mouth was super dry, and my face was puffy. I really didn’t even overdo the carbs, but considering it’s been a long time since I’ve had pasta, bread, and dessert at the same time I didn’t expect it to be different than it was. Today, I worked out, will keep my food super low carb, and drink a ton of water. We did have a great time last night as all 14 of us sat around and talked and laughed a lot. Having these kinds of evenings is worth the extra calories. :) I did my grocery shopping today and now plan to go sit and work on this new Bible study I’m doing. It’s soooo good!!

Evening all, sorry my mornings have been out of wack. I lost .6 lbs this week, but if I had eaten better it could have been much more. LOL. I have continued bike riding, so that is a plus. I am watching when and why I eat right now and trying make better choices, but also not beating my self up if I had a food or double portion and "feel" I shouldn't have. Life should not be this complicated.

@TeresaW1020 I usually scan my food from the label and verify what it says against the container. LOL. I don't believe I can ever do under 5 grams of sugar, we shall see. but not really trying for that. Just watching and then seeing what I can do without.

@JediAwakens Wow that is disheartening about WW points. Glad you are here. You doing okay doing something different? It's a learning curve sometimes.

@trooworld I am one of those that eats the same thing at the same time...Routine> my middle name :).

@jediAwakens Welcome to the group. I'm glad you found something that works for you. I take the approach that nothing is 100% accurate. I try to use only checked mark items on here. Even those can be outdated sometimes because I've noticed that restaurants sometimes change their nutrition info. I've learned to pick the one in the middle if I'm presented with a choice. That works for me if I stay within my carbs/cals. I think the biggest thing is finding something that works individually for each of us and sticking with it.

@trooworld Your habits look good. Well balanced is not always a good thing. lol I still need to lower my overeating tendencies and figure out how to loosen up some of the rules. Using more internal guidance versus external.

@teresaw1020 Good for you on the no sugar challenge. I got an email explaining the numbers. My numbers were Instinctive Eating: 34 Overeating: 49 Restrictive Eating: 40 My goal is to have Instinctive be the highest.

    Interpretation of your score:

15 to 35 = Low tendency to eat instinctively
36 to 55 = Moderate tendency to eat instinctively
56 to 75 = High tendency to eat instinctively

Instinctive Eating: If you scored high in Instinctive Eating it is likely that your primary reason for eating is your need for fuel. When you eat instinctively, you simply don't think about food or eating very much unless you're hungry. You don't obsess over food because you don't need to. Instead, you trust your body to let you know if, and when, you need food, and how much you should eat. If you're exposed to food when you're not hungry you may take a passing interest in it, but you won't choose to eat a significant amount because you know you'd feel uncomfortable afterward.

You can eat anything you want when you're hungry, so you don't have to spend a lot of time deciding in advance what you're going to eat. You may consciously choose to follow a balanced diet, but you don't expect yourself to be perfect. You truly enjoy food and eating because you don't feel physically or emotionally uncomfortable after you eat. When you're finished eating, you live your life without thinking about food until your body tells you to.

Summary: In the Instinctive Eating Cycle, you are in charge. You make decisions in a flexible manner based on what you feel you need at the time.

    **************
    Interpretation of your score:

15 to 35 = Low tendency to overeat
36 to 55 = Moderate tendency to overeat
56 to 75 = High tendency to overeat

Overeating: If your Overeating score is moderate to high, it is likely that you often eat when you're not hungry and/or continue to eat past the point of contentment. You may have a tendency to eat because of external cues such as mealtime, appetizing food, or socializing. You may eat to distract yourself or cope with stress and other emotions like loneliness, sadness, anger, or boredom. Because you often eat to entertain, distract, reward, or comfort yourself, you may choose convenience or comfort foods and less likely to choose foods based on what your body needs. You may eat mindlessly, quickly, or secretly.

The amount of food you eat may be influenced by how much is on your plate or in the package. You might eat until you're significantly uncomfortable or until you're interrupted. You may feel stuffed, miserable, or even numb after eating instead of content and satisfied. When you eat food your body didn't ask for, your body will store the extra fuel until it is needed. When you eat because of external and emotional triggers, the pleasure and distraction are usually temporary, so you might eat again to feel better again. When you eat instead of meeting your true needs, those unmet needs will continue to drive overeating.

Summary: The Overeating Cycle usually feels out of control and powerless.

    ***********
    Interpretation of your score:

15 to 35 = Low tendency to eat restrictively
36 to 55 = Moderate tendency to eat restrictively
56 to 75 = High tendency to eat restrictively

Restrictive Eating: If you scored moderate to high in Restrictive Eating, it is likely that you attempt to control your eating with diets or rules. You may be very structured or even rigid in your eating. You probably think of food as either "good" or "bad" – and you may think of yourself as good or bad depending on what you ate. You probably use external means to tell you when and how much you can eat, for example, portion sizes, calories, points, or grams. The number on a scale or how well you've been following the rules determines how you feel about yourself on a particular day. You may use exercise to earn the right to eat or pay penance for eating a "bad" food or for eating too much. While other people may admire your willpower and self-control, many of your thoughts, feelings, and activities revolve around food, eating, and exercise.

Summary: The Restrictive Eating Cycle is primarily based on the illusion that you can or need to control your eating at all times. An important part of your journey will be learning to trust yourself to balance eating for nourishment with eating for enjoyment.

    *************

The Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle: If you scored moderate to high in both Overeating and Restrictive Eating, you may struggle with yo-yo dieting. This is a very common pattern because when you eat due to external or emotional triggers, the temporary distraction or pleasure can act like an engine that drives your cycle. When you decide you need to regain control, you switch into Restrictive Eating.

While you're on a diet, you often still eat in reaction to your triggers, but you eat foods that are allowed on your plan. You typically don't address why you're eating in the first place. Eventually, you begin to feel deprived, hungry, and/or worn out by all the time and energy it takes to follow the rules.

At some point you cheat, feel guilty, and give up, shifting back into Overeating, once again eating your favorite foods in response to the triggers you never dealt with in the first place. These patterns are so intertwined that when you eat what you want you feel guilty; when you eat what you "should," you feel deprived.

@TeresaW1020 Thank you. I decided to download a habit tracker app to help me track those habits. Yeah, I make lists for the grocery store, too, but I still end up getting stuff if I am hungry!!! I did enjoy my time off, now back to work. :(

@cbabie That's good you lost. I'm glad you are riding your bike. It sounds like you have a healthy attitude, yay you! I wish I could be routine!

@theslightedgeforever Thanks. I downloaded HabitShare, a habit tracker, to keep myself accountable. I love how you are always thinking about how to improve.

Hi all. Well, it's back to work for me. I did enjoy the time off, I did a lot of reading and errands. I had breakfast yesterday with my friend and had a small order of avocado toast with a side of fruit. Yeah, I could have made it at home but I didn't want anything else on the menu lol. I forgot to say we ordered the Tonal. I'm guessing it will be installed within the month but I could be wrong. It's complicated.

@cbabie Yayyy on your loss! You might have been able to do better but you lost so embrace the win! Going sugar-free hasn’t been hard for me because the low carb diet is naturally sugar-free. It’s when I eat off plan that those pesky sugar grams show up. You can do it but you will have to give up certain foods to do it. I think it’s worth it! :)

@theslightedgeforever Thanks for sharing the interpretation of your scores. I put in my email address but couldn’t find anything sent to me. I totally agree with you in wanting to have the instinctive eating the highest score. The goal is to be at a normal weight, not obsess over calories and macros and just eat, enjoy, and live my life. Hmm wonder if that will ever happen? :p I’m at least happy it’s in the moderate range right now and that my overeating is low. It would be interesting to take this quiz every few months, so please post it again. :)

@trooworld How exciting that you ordered the Tonal. I sure hope you love it! Is there any kind of trial period in case you don’t? Will you give up the boxing once it’s installed? I hope the Habit Tracker works for you. I had one once but I kept forgetting to use it. I’m about as bad with the Fat2Fit habit tracker. :)

Hello! I woke up this morning all motivated to get some stuff done today. First I had a good workout that focused on the legs and booty. Next, I got out my Little Green Machine and steamed cleaned my light silver sofa that had developed a nice shade of red all over it from the dog. It’s not perfect by any means but it does look a whole lot better and smells nice. I’ve also done all the dusting, laundry, and after this cup of coffee, I think I’ll sweep the floors. The dog is at the groomers, so I haven’t had to deal with her barking all day as I tore up her little world. My eating has been good and I’m making a chicken bacon ranch casserole for dinner which is one of my favorite Keto meals. :)

@cbabie I guess you posted while I was posting my novel last night. lol Celebrate your loss and next time don't add the but........ cause you know that removes anything that was said before that word.

@trooworld I hope the HabitShare works for you. I go through stages with tracking apps. Sometimes I feel I spend so much time tracking I don't do anything else. Can't wait to hear your experience with Tonal.

@teresaw1020 I too have problems remembering to track my habits. But my food tracking and journaling have become deeply ingrained habits now. Yaaaay. You'll have to remind me about the iamhungry quiz. I'm going to take it in December because that's when I'll finish the book. lol

@TeresaW1020 Yes! There is a 30 day trial period and if you don't like it, you get all of your money back. I had to give up boxing, yes, unfortunately. Both things were too big of an expense so one had to go. Haha, I know what you mean about the habit tracker. I've been using it as of yesterday though. Wow, that dinner sounds yummy after a productive day!

@theslightedgeforever Yeah we'll see, it's an experiment (the tracking app). I can't wait for the Tonal to come!!!

Hello all. I ate very well yesterday. Last night was our first Trader Joe's easy meal, we had an Asian Weeknight Feast: chickenless Mandarin orange morsels, stir-fry veggies, Thai veggie gyoza, jasmine rice and gyoza dipping sauce. It was really good, I'm happy to report! My husband cooked last night and he said it was easy to make, too. So yay.

Morning all it’s been awhile. Weight has finally dropped below 160. 159.8 Hopefully it stays there. It’s amazing what not being at the lake does. Have a week worth of blue dots 10/14 (only ones I never got was the long weekend. Had like 30 extra points left. Been getting my walks and jogs in. Still slacking in the strength workouts thou. And have only had 2 beer last weekend. lol

@trooworld is there a cost for Cronometer. How does it differ from the premium version of mfp.

Haven’t been on in awhile. Will try to get caught up on posts. Rest day yesterday had a massage. Very sore today. But still going to get my run in when kids off to school. Son skipped practice this morning. Early mornings and football catching up to him. Very sore. Needed a day of rest.

@theslightedgeforever I agree that if we seriously make something a habit it’s much easier to do. I’ve been consistently tracking my food since August 1st. I think that is a record for me! I still have this hope that once I’ve been at my goal weight for a while and get better at instinctive eating then I won’t need to track. That will be nice!

@trooworld Good, I’m glad that you get that trial period to make sure you really love the Tonal. I imagine after 30 days you and your husband will know for sure. That Trader Joe dinner does sound yummy and how nice that you didn’t have to cook it! I don’t dare let my husband try to cook. I like to eat too much! He gets to do the dishes. :D

@renaegry Congrats on your weight loss and staying on track! I can tell you that there is a free and paid version of Cronometer. Right now, I’m using the free and don’t see why I would want to pay.

Hello everyone! It’s been a productive day. I went and in and did my training for the bookkeeper job and we finished early so I was home before noon. So, I spent time reorganizing and cleaning out the kitchen drawers and cabinets. Then I got on the phone to Consumer Cellular, who is our cell phone provider to find out why all their iPhone on their website said they were out of stock. Well, the very nice man informed me that most of them were out of stock, but he did have an iPhone 12 Pro Max available. I got the thumbs up from hubby and I’m happy to say that my new phone will be here in a day or two. My current iPhone is a 6s and doesn’t hold a battery charge long at all. So, I’m super happy. :)

@renaegry Congrats on the weight drop and the blue dots! There is a free version and a paid version called "GOLD". I think the free version is good for most people. I signed up for the Gold membership so that I could import recipes, which you can't do with the free membership (you can still add them but you have to add all of the ingredients individually). Here is a list of the differences: https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028026971-Subscription-Types

@TeresaW1020 Yes, I'm sure we will know. Yeah that dinner was enjoyable and easy to make. We had another pretty good one last night. At least your hubby does the dishes! LOL Congrats on the new iPhone! I hope you like it.

Hello all. I survived the in-office part of my work week. Yesterday we had a 2-hour meeting to end the day and then with traffic it took me an hour and a half to get home, so to say that I am happy that I am working from home today is an understatement. :D I have another meeting this morning but it will only be an hour long.

@trooworld Good for you for tracking and eating well. The gyoza sounded good. I had to go look it up.

@renaegry Woohoo on the weight drop. You've been working hard at it.

@teresaw1020 Yaaay on tracking consistently since Aug. Congrats on the new phone. Mine was like that. I went from a 6 to an 11 I think.

I've spent the day decorating my dd's apt. I'm sure the neighbors loved me with all the hammering I was doing.

EDIT: I thought I posted this last night but evidently not.

Morning all, sorry I haven't been posting consistent this week. I have been taking a class that starts at 9am and I am trying to get everything else in my MR done before that, cause once everyone is up, thats it. LOL

I ate way over yesterday, I can't even say why. I went on 2 bike rides almost made 4 miles. That's my goal is to do 4 miles a day. It's quick and baby isn't going so just trying to make it all work.

@theslightedgeforever I bet the neighbors did love you..ours do with our barking dogs. LOL.

@TeresaW1020 You have lots of energy!!! That is what I am tying to get back to. there goes the sugar diet..LOL Yes on a new phone..I am waiting for the cracks in my screen to be a nuisance before getting another one.

@trooworld Thats good if it doesn't work for you, you can return it. I don't miss driving an hour to work and an hour home at ALL!! glad you are working from home today.

@renaegry great job on the loss. Yes something about routines help right? LOL

@theslightedgeforever The gyoza is good, just basically dumplings. Yesterday: I was over my calories by 171. No movement. Enjoy Boston, I've always wanted to visit there.

@cbabie What kind of class are you taking? Yeah, I'm glad we have 30 days to try it. I hate traffic! Yeah I didn't work too hard at home yesterday lol. I did do some work though. ;)

Hi all. I'm so darned glad it's the weekend. We are having an easy meal tonight (crispy fish burritos with frozen fish from Trader Joe's). Tonight, we are watching a movie with a friend over the internet: Amazon Prime allows you to create "Watch Parties" where you share the link with your long-distance friend and when you watch the movie, there is a chatbox on the right side of the screen so you can type to your friend(s).

@trooworld Crispy fish burritos sound amazing! What fun to watch a movie with a friend. What are you all watching? :)

@theslightedgeforever Have a great time in Boston! That is one place I always wanted to visit. My DH lived outside Boston for almost 40 years and often talks about it. :)

@cbabie Are you eating more than usual because of the amount of exercise you are getting with the bike rides? Because I know that if I do more exercising, I am much more hungry so it important to listen to your body. Just don’t eat sugar or peanut butter!

Hello! Well, my weight is up 1.4 lbs. Not totally sure why. Probably a combo of the pasta dinner party last week, starting a new weightlifting program, and calories too high several days this week. I need to keep them under 1300 it seems to see the scale move. On Sept. 23rd I’m starting a 100-day challenge to finish out the year. I only need to lose 22 lbs. to get to my goal weight. That’s about 1.50 lbs. a week. I don’t know if I can do it but there is no reason I can’t focus and push for it. B)

Happy Friday!!!!!!! So glad the weekend is here! Foot is doing good. Dogs are doing better. Turns out they got a parasite that they could have picked up anywhere. They are all on the right meds and back to acting like the good pups they are. Getting work done on the yard, and have a couple graduate schools virtual open houses lined up. Looking for a better job as well. Hoping to start walking and hiking soon as well.

Think I’m going to set up small rewards for myself. Such as lose 50lbs and I’ll buy myself the soon to be released Apple Watch 7 or something like that.

Hope everyone is having a great Friday!

Morning all, I didn't eat great again yesterday. Too many things going on. No exercise either, but I did get a ride in this morning. I am learning how not to beat myself up with negative thoughts.

@TeresaW1020 We lived in well West Roxbury for about a year. I worked for a company that sold Wms clothing.. that is in 83..LOL. my paycheck went to my place of work. They had a store called Fugal Fannies. I got to see all the new clothing for the next season before it went on the racks. LOL (name brand) :) I was hit by a drunk driver there, we still have rocks in our yard from all the places around. We would go each weekend and take the scenic route throughout the states around, so beautiful. I think my eating is more of just eating to be eating.

    @theslightedgeforever enjoy your trip..

@trooworld the class is really just a class to help me to change my mindset and know that I can do things...LOL. Nothing educational or physical. However, it is educating me on my self sabotage. :)
