    Joining from the last challenge.
Welcome to everyone new whose joined!

    Highest weight 225 2020
    2021 starting weight 180.8

    Challenge goal loss 9 lbs
I'll weigh in on Saturdays this challenge.

    8/1 162.8
    8/7 161.8
8/20 161.6 (Weight is coming off slowly, but the last couple weeks I've been consistently exercising, and walking a lot more. I know I'll still make my challenge goal.)

8/28: This week decided I needed to switch things up, so I put the scale away and uploaded a pedometer to my phone. I'm waiting on a band to arrive so I can wear it. I'll share my step count next week.

9/04 Averaging 6,200 steps a day. Goal is to increase to 10,000 steps a day. I've also been consistent in getting in my workout routines. I have a doctors appointment Oct. 5th, so I'll hold off and weigh on that day.

9/11 Averaging 8,500 steps a day. Happy with the increase from last week. I never realized how much more energy being more active gives me.

9/18 Averaging 7,900 steps a day. Finally getting some much needed rain, so I'll be getting a lot of indoor steps.

@chublet25 0.8# off isn’t bad for a new scale. One time I was looking for a new one & found out my old ones were weighing 10+ #’s LIGHT. That was really a shocker, lol.

OMG, that would have been heartbreaking! I read that there is normally up to 4 pounds difference between scales and was hoping really hard it wouldn't be bad. It never even occurred to me until later that the new scales could have read LOWER (obviously my luck doesn't run in that direction!)

    9/20: 150 lbs.
    9/13: 151 lbs.
    9/6: 149 lbs.

    8/30 150 lbs.
    8/23 151 lbs.
    8/16- 151 lbs.
    8/7 - 154 lbs

Don’t know what else to be doing to see more progress. I am exercising daily. Do I need to see a nutritionist? 🤷‍♀️ It is not even like I’m stalled… I am bouncing up and down here. When not tracking I go up, so at least I’m generally around the same level. I’ll stay positive as possible! 👍 any ideas are welcome.
