    Update: I have walked 3.1 miles this week so far :( The last two days at work have upset my schedule and hopefully today i will be able to walk during lunch.

    I walked 6.2 miles this last week :( Not anywhere close to where I want to be. Hopefully this coming week will be better and I can walk over 15miles. Wish me luck :D

    Ok so end of another week. Down 1 lb. Current weight 203. Walked 11 miles. Goal was 10. Keeping goal at 10 for this week too.

    Just finished the 2 mile express walk with the stretchie band incorporated in it. Feels really good. That puts me at 11.5 miles and 1 day left still. I might have to up my goal from 10. I seem to beat it each week by 1-2. Gotta give myself something to strive for. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday everyone.

    We come to weigh in and mileage day. My stats for week 4 are as follows:

    Weight is 202.5 so down .5
    Mileage goal was 10
    Actual mileage is 13.25
    Goal for next week will be raised to give me something to strive for, so 14 miles.

    How did everyone else do this past week?
