No change, unfortunately. But with such a drastic first week loss, I'm still averaging 2.5 lb.s per week. I'm actually UP a lb. but I never record upward fluctuations, as they always resolve. Sure would like to hit that 10 lb. mark this month. Fingers crossed!0 -
