    Finally scale moving again. Seem to be dropping that water weight from too much sodium and carbs

    24.2 pounds to goal. It won't be easy to make it by Jan 1, but I'm still hoping to make a good dent in it one way or another.

    I have a goal for 31st Dec so basically yes! I want to get to 140lbs by then. I hope to get there by mid December really so that I can have a bit of buffer room for Christmas and New Year. I'm at 157lbs now so that gives me 3 months to lose 17lbs which is just over 1lb a week- might be doable but f I don't quite make it then no biggy, it just gives me a head start on the 'New Year, New Me' lot 😜
    Once I get to 140lbs I think I'll try and maintain for a while and focus on my fitness then try to lose another 10lbs or so by early summer.

    Pounds/Week to Meet Goal: 1.47 (round to 1.5)

    Definitely a stretch goal, but doable. If I can get under 210, that'll work as well.
    208.9 officially moves me out of the obese weight class. Want to give myself roughly half a pound of wiggle room.

    Will measure back in on Saturday so I can measure in whole week amounts.

    So......about three months to go, and about 13 weeks left to Jan 1. I'm about a half pound or so higher than where I'd hoped to be at this time (calculated from June 1 so that really is not too far off. Of course the weight gets harder to lose as we get down to the wire. Hope everyone had a good September, weight wise, and looking forward to an inspired October. And come the New Year, we'll have reached (or be well on our way) to our ultimate weight loss goal. Instead of starting one on Jan 1st, we'll be able to start the New Year lighter, healthier and happier!

    I’ve been trying daily weigh-ins, then average for weekly weigh

    But after today’s carrot cake X3🥕🥕🥕
    I’m Not weighing myself for 2days

    Also as I age, I’m cutting back on time spent exercising. Daily goal is now 20” of HIIT
    Today’s HIIT was logged on my trampoline

    Also 10” Upper ST with hand weights 🏋️‍♀️

    New Year’s = 150

    If I can make this first goal at Halloween, I feel like I’ll get a lot of motivation out of that. Around a pound a week doesn’t sound like a lot, but I also know maintaining the calorie deficit is SO hard.

    OK - well if I join in now - I'd ideally like to be at about 165 by the end of the year. I'm 184 now, so that's about 20ish pounds. With about 12 weeks to get there, and with being on Hard 75 for another 50 days, I'm hoping to get there and break that 170 barrier that I haven't crossed since... oh... well, it's been a bit.
