Finally scale moving again. Seem to be dropping that water weight from too much sodium and carbs
24.2 pounds to goal. It won't be easy to make it by Jan 1, but I'm still hoping to make a good dent in it one way or another.2 -
I have a goal for 31st Dec so basically yes! I want to get to 140lbs by then. I hope to get there by mid December really so that I can have a bit of buffer room for Christmas and New Year. I'm at 157lbs now so that gives me 3 months to lose 17lbs which is just over 1lb a week- might be doable but f I don't quite make it then no biggy, it just gives me a head start on the 'New Year, New Me' lot 😜
Once I get to 140lbs I think I'll try and maintain for a while and focus on my fitness then try to lose another 10lbs or so by early summer.

So......about three months to go, and about 13 weeks left to Jan 1. I'm about a half pound or so higher than where I'd hoped to be at this time (calculated from June 1 so that really is not too far off. Of course the weight gets harder to lose as we get down to the wire. Hope everyone had a good September, weight wise, and looking forward to an inspired October. And come the New Year, we'll have reached (or be well on our way) to our ultimate weight loss goal. Instead of starting one on Jan 1st, we'll be able to start the New Year lighter, healthier and happier!4
