 Oct 01: 187.0 Not a very good start. I’ll work on turning it back around today. I want October to be fruitful!
 Oct 04: 187.2 Some unexpected travel yesterday which took me away for about 4 hours late afternoon until evening. However, the shorter trip did not blow my dietary goals. I just lacked movement and as much water as I would normally drink. I hope today goes smoother. Hoping for a week that stays on point!
 Oct 11: 185.6 (Trend Weight 188.1) My daughter moved back in with DGS age 3. My hands are full as I am babysitting him while she works. He is adorable and a joy, but demanding of EVERY MOMENT of my time. She brought $150.00 worth of Halloween candy with her she’d bought for a party she was having that she now had to cancel. She has a lot of trouble at home and it looks like she’ll be here for awhile. That candy was too tempting! I mean, Reeses and more! Today I’ll take it upstairs to get it out of site and out of mind. I hope it helps!
