    No change, unfortunately. But with such a drastic first week loss, I'm still averaging 2.5 lb.s per week. I'm actually UP a lb. but I never record upward fluctuations, as they always resolve. Sure would like to hit that 10 lb. mark this month. Fingers crossed! :)

    Can't believe I gained AGAIN. For last week I only ate bad 1 day and I started weight training. I sure know my body is tired. I'll keep at it for a turnaround next week.
    Often strength training will have a short term weight gain before you start to see weight come off faster. Your muscles will retain water when you start making them work hard. Stick with it! It's a great plan and you will see success if you persist.

    On vacation and doing a crazy amount of activity all day long... Swimming, treadmill and weights in hotel's fitness center, zumba at the local curves here, tons of walking, and even parasailing for the first time ever!! I'm loving it, but I've been more hungry than usual. I'll get back to my normal routine next week.
