That's what I'm trying to do too. Never see them 140's again. I'm 140.8lbs and been stuck here for a while. I'll just be glad to not see it again. with a lower number, been trying to get to 137lbs forever now. Body just love that 140-142 lbs. for some reason. I did get down to 138.8 in July for one day. then I never saw it again sigh..6 -

Thought I'd share this link
Years ago, while caring for my mom, I use to do this exercise routine, βSuper Hero Poseβ.
It consists of standing tall, feet apart, chin up, and hands on your hips with elbows bent. Then you look yourself in the eyes and say βhow strong and capable you areβ
https://fusionpta.com/superhero-pose-increases-confidence/
Itβs done in front of a mirror and FOR 2 minutes.
It seemed to work for energy and staying focused.
So this week Iβm trying it again for weight release. π βοΈ

Goal weight for 10/31/21 165.4
I've been packing to move, so that's contributed to my weight loss stall. Carrying tons of heavy boxes, which I hope has built muscle, and burning tons of calories, which should have created a large fat loss. But I've also been eating a bit more, trying not to get sick during a stressful time, and not able to eat my usual diet plan. I suspect some of this is water weight due to muscle soreness. And I haven't moved house yet, so the disruption will continue. I'm just glad I'm still losing during this time and not gaining. I may not meet my october goal, even if my body settles down, but I'm 2/3s of the way to my weight goal, so I'm still pretty happy.4 -
whoops I just realized I was 170.8 this morning, so really I've lost 2.6 lbs, so far this october.3

Goal weight for 10/31/21 165.4 don't expect to get this low, but hoping to get in the 160s. Doing all this packing has made me extra hungry, my muscles are sore and I'm so tired, so I've been eating more for fuel an nutrition because I can't afford to get injured or ill right now. Would be very happy to be 169 or less by the end of the month.

What happened to the NSV thread? i wanted to read it and I can't find it or remember which forum it is in.
I discovered the other day that I fit in a pair of size 16 Gloria Vanderbilt pink jeans I probably bought 15 years ago and never wore. I've fit into size 16 cherokee jeans for a month now, but this didn't fit then. To be honest, I can't see myself really wearing pink jeans (though they are so pretty) but its nice to fit into them. I've given a lot of 2x and 1x jeans away.
Another NSV is I can walk upstairs and down without having to hold onto the railing and haul myself up, which at my highest weight I had to do (probably my highest was in the 220 to 230s) And I can get up off the floor easily, and just moving around is so much easier. That alone is worth giving up junk food for,, really. (Except for an occasional taste perhaps)
My favorite treat now is sugar free popsicles (which are unfortunately out of stock at every store I've gone to, so I'm eating no sugar added frozen fruit bars instead), and for a real treat, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat.
My favorite (and only) frozen diet meal is unfortunately also out of stock, the "Realgood" brand low carb canelonni or italian meal, that I used to buy at walmart. It is so frustrating that I love that (220 calories and SO GOOD and low carb to boot). I used to have it almost every night for dinner. Not having that available as a low cal, low carb dinner I'm sure has contributted to my stall. But today I made a pork tender loin. That always seems to put me in keto mode, eating that for a few days. And it is satisfying. A few ounces of that seems to kill hunger and cravings. and not many calories. And I make it without salt, just paprika, pepper, onion and garlic powder. so it helps with sodium intake too.2
