205 was my lowest this year as I yo-yo'd in/out of watching what I ate. I haven't been 204 or below in about 6 years. It really just hit me that maybe I can get below 200 before the end of the year. I would be quite happy with that.

I hear you! I'm only 5ft as well and 51 years old, so there aren't many calories allowed in a day! I have to choose my food very wisely and often try to eat under 1000 a day otherwise the scale doesn't budge.

We had to drop my kids off at my in-laws which is about an hour away, so we stopped for dinner at A&W 🙄 I didn't want to eat subway, which is what I usually get if we stop for take out on the run. Won't be doing that again. (It wasn't even that good.)
