Nov 8: 150.6 - more importantly, my workouts are getting easier and I'm feeling stronger/healthier. I'm stressed to the max with school and work right now, but still doing fairly good and making healthy eating choices. I grab that mini snickers, but only after I've had the plate full of veggies. Decreased my caffeine intake, pushed through the headaches, and finding the natural energy from healthy foods/water intake.
