My main goal is to make it until and including Thursday without a binge. I have had quite the binge eating relapse after multiple months being free (post therapy) and finally have started to get back on track this week (with meditation and yoga to help with the mental side).7

get below 200 lbs - then 180....8

My mini goal is starting keto. I know this will be a difficult task for me. Since its football season and we watch a lot of it, I decided to try doing keto on Sunday, Monday and Thursday and then slowly increase my days. One other mini goal is to do 10,000 steps 5 days a week. With a little determination and a lot of Jesus.....I know I will succeed. ☺5

since 2012 always wanted 165, at one point at 195 now at 174. Pretty excited cut sugar out of diet11

getting to 10% lost by Christmas.5

6.6 lbs gone by the new year is my goal for now, while reaching small sustainable non scale goals. Hopefully I don't let the Holidays ruin anything. 🙃8

1 mini goal met - I am out of the obese range and merely overweight! This is the lowest I've been in my adult life! Time for a new mini goal!21
-
Less than a pound until 30 pounds lost. Also, I noticed one of my more structured shirts was getting too big. Bought roughly the same one but 2-2.5 sizes smaller as inspiration. I can squeeze into it right now, so my mini goal is for it to fit comfortably.11

I was sooooo close to being in the normal BMI range (like 1-2 pounds away!). My mini-goal was to leave the overweight range before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the hormones have kicked in this week and water weight has pushed me further away (very typical for me). Oh well. I'm not panicking. I'm sticking to the plan. I will wait it out.
Stupid hormones.20 -
My mini goal that I'm focusing on right now is running a 5K in 30 minutes12
-
I want to be a stone (14lbs) lighter by Christmas Day.9
-
I am focused on hitting 168 (currently at 194), because it will mean I lost 100lbs!17

My mini goal was to get to the weight I was when I got married 31 years ago. I met that goal this morning! In total that is 64 lbs down. My next mini goal will be to get to 230, which is another 14 pounds. But meeting the marriage weight goal has me stoked and ready to meet this next challenge.14

Move more and fuel my body better to lessen my SLE related fatigue and joint pain.7

My mini goal is to be under 170 by Dec 16th. That's only 4 pounds but I've been gaining/losing the same 4ish pounds for months.8
-
Keeping my body fat under 18% through the holidays and not going up a pants size!7
-
75 lbs lost. I'm at 66.4 now.8
-
My mini goal. To just stay focused and to maintain until January 3, 2022. I will then start on the next 25 pounds of weight loss.

A mini goal is to track for a month straight10

I just recently just reached my weight goal! My new goal is to gain muscle mass, hopefully have noticeable increase by another 4 weeks!13
-
My weight was getting out of control. I'm a Nurse, and I know how weight can affect your health. I'm getting older now, and I want to be as healthy as I can be! Short goal right now is to get back into my favorite jeans!12
-
It's a mini-mini-mini goal. I just want my jeans to be comfortable again. After that I'll think about a number16
-
Had to buy new jeans a while ago because I'd gained so much. Then even those became too tight.
First mini goal: Fit into the new jeans again! It was a wake-up call for sure. :'D16 -
Going into the new year 10 pounds lighter and feeling healthy.15

Every year my little town has a 5K turkey trot for Thanksgiving morning. Obviously I can't do that by
next week, but my goal is to be in it next year. So my mini goals are at least to run a mile in 15 minutes by February and loose 2 pounds by Christmas. So far, I can only run 1/2 mile in 15 min. So, a lot of hard work ahead of me. I'm not going to push it because that's how I become discouraged.15 -

FWIW, I've never been that fast, but I've done several 5Ks in the past (my favorite was sponsored by Chevy's and you got a giant sombrero and fajita meal at the end! ). Anyway, a lot of people walk them. I'm not trying to take away from your goal (it's a good one!). I just want to emphasize that you don't have to be fast to complete a 5K.11 -
Trying to hit 85 pounds lost by NYE. I've got 6 weeks to lose less than 10 pounds which will:
Put me at my lowest adult weight
Bump me below 35 BMI (next goal to get under 30!)
Make 60 pounds lost in 2021
