    Have been having some sharp pains under my left breast, under my rib cage. My Doctor wanted some test done to see if they could find out what's going on. Dr's office is sometimes slow to respond back to me, about test results, unless it's an emergency. Once, I know the results, I'll let you know.

    I have many health issues, and there seems to always be something new happening in my body.

    My stress relief is knitting. I make scarves for family and friends. At the end of the day it stops me from snacking, and stops me from falling asleep while watching TV.

    At least you are on top of it and it sounds like you are setting yourself up for a good attitude with regards to your food logging.
    My husband was diagnosed with cancer in August and we are currently battling that.
    The funny thing for me was that using MFP and watching my weight is the one thing I can currently control and that mindset seems to be working for me

    November 5 164.1 argh trying to hold my nerve - when I panic I end up restricting and binging. This happens every cycle but I find it so hard every time 😖

    November 8 165.3 didn’t check in yesterday as had a family celebration- but had weighed at least. Keep checking back to last cycle to see that this ‘bump’ (which feels more like a mountain right now) is normal, and it totally is for me. I just can’t seem to get use to it and keep wanting to do something drastic. Holding my nerve….

    November12 164. Feeling much more settled now. Also noticing a big improvement in my flexibility today which has given me a real boost.

    November 13 163. The trend is looking much better. Tough weekend ahead though - lots of socialising. I navigated a night out last night really well though (can under calories and just 2 G&Ts all night so no hangover - winning!)

    November 15 162.8. It’s my 6 month anniversary of logging in today. Plus I managed to run up the hill to my house without stopping this morning (it’s very steep and long). I’ve had a great weekend with friends too so all in all a fab start to the week. Happy Monday folks ☺️

    Wednesday is my normal weigh-in. Glad to see some change going down. So far 1.5lbs

    I have been having problems logging into Community with the app. I have to go through the internet. Wednesday is my normal weigh-in and I lost.

    November 17 184.5 lbs ⬇️ My regular Wednesday weigh-in. This month has been more consistent in the weight fluctuations. I am down 1.5 lbs mid month. A couple things I have noticed for myself is not drinking enough water does make a difference in the peaks of my weight gain. Always been a big water drinker but I have to be more diligent. Also reduces the carbs in the morning have been helping. Carbs are my weakness.
