ππNovember is just around the corner, and itβs time to better control my overeating. I fight logging, but when I do it, I lose weight. I also do better when I weigh in each day.

Iβll get the ball rolling:
Iβm Jill. Iβm 5β8β tall and my first goal is to get under 200 pounds. At 51 it has become harder to drop the weight, but I am determined to get there. My ultimate and hopefully maintainable goal is 185 poundsβ¦.

Hi Jill! I am going to join you in this challenge. I have lost almost 40 pounds, but i am going to expect to be down about 7 pounds by the end of the month. I have noticed a pattern with my weight loss. I have a month of a plateau and a month of a big drop, and because not much changed happened in October, if the pattern continues, then great! I love weighing myself daily too!

Hi Jill, I am 51 also and needing to lose 22kgs (48lbs - wow that sounds a lot). At 5ft4 my weight gain has become rather noticeable.
The past 3 years havenβt been kind, internal surgery, broken wrist, sudden death in the family and now my husband has just been diagnosed with cancer. We have both had to finish up work to take care of him and get him to all his appointments.
I figured that during this time it is the best time to make sure I also look after myself and lose that weight so we can both be the best us when he beats it
I have just started here so here are my stats and I shall figure out the copy and paste stuff on my iPad by November lol

Sammc2 you and your husband are in my thoughts. It is a tough and strenuous time the staging process followed by the treatment. Be encouraged, the two of you will find out that you are stronger than you ever realized.
