Hi, I have been struggling all year to get on track and stop bingeing at night. I am 5’3” with very small bones. According to my doctor I should only weigh 120-125lbs. I was at this weight 10 years ago but after my husband died I found myself falling back into bad habits with night time bingeing the most difficult to stop because I am lonely and it is a way to fill the void.

Hello everyone. So I am in again. I had a crazy October. My weight chart looked like a volatile stock. Crazy peaks and valleys. I love how Jill can show her weight graph. Once I figure on how to do it, I will share. I am 61 married Nana. I spent yesterday baking and I stuck to my calories and lost some weight. Go figure. My goal is to get to 179 lbs by December. Thanks for all members support. It does make a difference.

I’m Sarah, 44 years old and currently around the lowest I’ve ever got to as an adult. Got here a few years ago and for some reason, stopped bothering and the scale gradually went above 200lbs again. Been logging since mid may and plan on doing so indefinitely.
Nov/Dec is full of birthdays etc and always ends up with my sticking my head in the sand and getting completely derailed. If I focus on maintaining this year through to January, I’m hoping this will mean I keep in the right headspace and kick off 2022 strong.

November 2 90.1 / 198.6 lbs / very happy with this drop, since I overindulged with sushi and wine on the weekend. On the other hand I am not sure that my weight tracking is consistent enough. On the weekends I use a different scale (since I am not at home during the week because of work) and I am pretty sure that the "weekend scale" records a bit more than the "week scale" hahah does this make sense? Anyway, I am focusing on the overall trend and I am excited to see how this month is going to turn out.
