πŸπŸ‚November is just around the corner, and it’s time to better control my overeating. I fight logging, but when I do it, I lose weight. I also do better when I weigh in each day.

Let’s try this together for November and see what happens. Everyone is welcome to jump in and join anytime… and feel free to start before November to get a head start.

    I’ll get the ball rolling:

    I’m Jill. I’m 5’8” tall and my first goal is to get under 200 pounds. At 51 it has become harder to drop the weight, but I am determined to get there. My ultimate and hopefully maintainable goal is 185 pounds….

    Highest weight: 234
    Current weight: 211.3

    November Goals:
    πŸ‚Lose 2 pounds
    πŸ‚Continue to Log Daily
    πŸ‚Continue to Weigh-in daily
    πŸ‚Continue a minimum of 7,000 steps per day
    πŸ‚Eat at or under my calories
    πŸ‚Log my water

    The 2 biggest obstacles for me right now is eating at or under my calories, and logging my water.

    Hi Jill! I am going to join you in this challenge. I have lost almost 40 pounds, but i am going to expect to be down about 7 pounds by the end of the month. I have noticed a pattern with my weight loss. I have a month of a plateau and a month of a big drop, and because not much changed happened in October, if the pattern continues, then great! I love weighing myself daily too!

    I’d like to join this challenge! I am down 14 lbs this year but would like to lose 15 lbs by the end of January. For November, I am hoping to lose 6 lbs. So excited to start this!

    My name is Chachi Jo, I'm 5'3, 29, and excited to restart my weight loss journey. Last month, I was not so successful in my October goals. I actually gained weight and checked out on myself the last two weeks of October. Not on purpose, I am slowly moving but I do see how I could have put in small efforts.

    Goals for the month:
    • Incorporating more fish and participating in Meatless days
    • Weekly increase in weights
    • Increase workouts to 6x a week
