My 130th Round!
I know I won't be losing any weight by the end of this round, so I hope I can keep myself from gaining too much. My goal is to get to 145 by the 24th and limit the Thanksgiving weekend damage.After losing 12 lbs. I was stuck at 174lbs. for a couple weeks until I found this challenge.

11/18 - 182 Scale up again, but not surprised as I had dinner out last night. It’s going to be tough to even meet my goal of maintaining this round with all the eating out and festivities I have coming up! At least I didn’t finish my meal and brought leftovers home.
11/19 - 179.8 Well this was unexpected, particularly since I finished my restaurant leftovers yesterday. Perhaps is due to the fact that earlier this week I needed to wake up exceptionally early and so today’s weigh-in was several hours later.

My challenge might seem high for 10 days, but I'm currently coming off a couple days of overindulgence and tend to float more around 164, putting my challenge at more 3 lbs down! I hoping to see some of the bloat come off quickly.
11/18 - 166.6 lbs - So ready for some daily focus with Thanksgiving approaching! I don't want holiday eating this year to stretch from Halloween to New Years, but rather occur only on the actual day!
11/19 - 165.8 lbs - Actually logged and stuck to my calorie goal yesterday, and look at the difference it made! I'm going to challenge myself to so this every day this challenge!

11/18 198.4 welp not too great to start off but I realized I had a LOT of sodium yesterday and did NOT drink all my water. So lets get on board with that for today! Today I will preplan my meals and do a 30 minute dog walk.
11/19 198.8 calories yesterday 1502 not sure why the scale is still up but trying not to let it bug me. It's demoralizing when you are doing everything right but still no progress. Patience is key but where do I find it, haha. Water and gym today.

11/18: 210.4 Weight has just kept falling off in the past week so I'm preparing myself for a little stagnation. I set my goal to 209.1 because that will mark 90 lbs lost and this round marks 7 months since starting this adventure. Excited to get there and then keep it going for another 30 lbs!
11/19: 211.9 Oof! I definitely didn't work out as hard this morning (my alarm didn't go off) but still got 30 minutes in. Snacked last night after a really small lunch and stressful work day. Have to control those urges in the weekend. Looking to do at least 1 hour of rides per day.

11/18: 199.8 Not surprised by this. The monthly hormonal flux is in full effect. I also spent 2.5 hours in the car last night driving to pick up my husband at the airport. We got home after midnight and therefore I got a little less sleep than usual. This round may be a bust round again, but if I can hang right around this weight throughout, I’ll be happy. 58 net carbs yesterday and step goal nearly hit. On to today.
11/19: 200.0 I had a stressful day yesterday, so I’m surprised it wasn’t more. Surprisingly, this uptick this month isn’t bothering me yet. Usually I find it annoying and aggravating, but right now I’m totally fine with it… give me a few days! 😂 I hit my step goal, 42 net carbs, but ran out of hours in the day for the Pelo and strength. I WILL get both done today though! I get so cranky now when I don’t get my scheduled Pelo ride in!

Once this race is over tomorrow, I'll probably feel better. I don't know why I get so anxious for this type of stuff. Oh well, it's happening whether I like it or not. Hopefully tomorrow I'll wake up feeling less bloated and heavy. No scale so we will have to check in Sunday.
Edit to note: TMI is still all over the place. This also may be a HUGE factor in all this. Especially the "heavy but not quite bloated" feeling I've been having.

Previous Day's Comments11/18 - Welp. TOM came unexpectedly a week and a half early. Just in time for race day. Dinner was a tad heavy, homemade a chicken, tomato, spinach, rice and turmeric dish with homemade naan bread that Fam made. I'm right at maintenance calories, maybe a tad over. Water was good, full 90oz. At this point, my body is all kinds of wonky. I'm feeling heavy, but I'm not looking overly bloated so I'm going to guess that's the functions of TOM, particularly with these new meds and being off-schedule. Why does my body have to make this so complicated?! Especially difficult because I'm waiting for January to fall under my work's health insurance. The VA does not offer my meds in their system (I'm currently on trial pack, but if I need to adjust dosage, I have to get from a pharmacy and I can't afford without insurance).

11/18 211.0 (-.8) Down 53 pounds! Yesterday was a busy day, but I made it a point to stay below my calorie plan. I didn’t quite get enough water, so I’ll be working on that today. I’m meeting a friend for lunch, so the scale will be up a bit over the next few days. Really hoping to be under 210 by the end of the round.

11/19 206.6 I way overate yesterday, more than I'm used to. My belly is still full! Ironically, as I was waiting for take out food (yeah-I now too much salt) my doc's office called with great news, My triglyicerides were down into the normal zone, my A1c was down to 6.0 and my GfR was at 57! One off splurge, back to weighed veggies, fruit, hummus & a bit of oatmeal today! Tomorrow I'll figure out how to approach the comming holiday gatherings. Today I'm swimming!

11/19: 143.0. I have just very slightly entered the "normal" BMI range (yay!). For many years, I have yo-yo'd up and down in the overweight range, towards the lower part of that range for a decade or so. I'm glad I've made it and I wish I knew why, this time, I have lost the weight. Certainly, mfp makes it easy to count calories (compared to long ago), but I have been on this site since 2013, so mfp's ease of counting calories is not the reason (although an amazing tool!). Onward to a few more pounds lower!

19: 217.2 ♀️ Last night, my kids and I finished off the last of the high calorie bacon cheeseburger soup I made earlier this week. I had to guess on the macros. Not sure if I stayed within my calories or not, but I logged it the best I could. Next time, I'll create a recipe on here, so I can track it better. Going for a float session with a friend of mine this afternoon. It's been months since I've gone, so I'm really looking forward to it.
