My minigoal is to exercise regularly without hurting myself. The exercise regularly is the easy part. It's the "calm down so you don't hurt yourself" part that is the challenge. Can I make it to the new year without an overuse injury? Let's find out....11

I enjoyed scrolling through a couple of pages here. Really cool to see people hit their goals!
I am 90 days from my 52nd birthday, so I have decided to do a little 90 day challenge for myself.
I would like to drop 8-10 lbs and basically get in the best shape of my adult life.
Not changing much in regards to my routine (at least not the first 30 days). Just a few more steps a day and replacing some processed foods with whole foods.
Good luck to everyone!16 -
Commit to my goals period - Log meals; Maintain withinmy Macros weekly; lose 30lbs; Yoga faithfully; walk 3 miles a day, Kiss my sciatica pain good bye! Not too much I am asking for huh? Live in the moment; we are born happy - happiness is within me.11

Mini-goal for Dec; just restarted with Day 1, and goal is 10 pounds in Dec (so I'll be in losing mode when new year calendar is put up). Easy, because just beginning I always lose quickly and always my biggest motivation and effort and effectiveness then...but Dec. has many pitfalls/hard choices so wish me luck!7

When I start a spinning class, I have to set up the bike with power level and weight. The bikes are set at 165 lbs; I weight 175 and my mini goal is to not to have to change the weight in the bike... until I have to change it down.12

I'd like to weigh 130lbs by April 2022 for my birthday.9

The Mini Goal motivating me right now is a blind date scheduled for 12/21. I gained 20 pounds during COVID-19 and have lost the first five. After a health scare last Sunday, I have eliminated super-sweet foods and drinks from my diet - I had a Little Debbie and Mtn. Dew problem! - and I am now significantly closer to hitting my calorie goal each day. I'm wearing leather leggings on my date, and I look forward to them being a little looser!15

I just bought some new clothes in my usual size. To my delight, they are at least one size too big! Now, I'm going to keep going!12

Right now I'm motivated to beat both my mile time and pull-up record! Maybe that's not so "mini" but it's all I've been focused on lately.13

For the first time ever , I can see abs! I'm working on making them more visible12

I've been bouncing between 201 and 202 for 5 days. I just want to see a 1 in front!13

My mini goal is to not lose the plot with food and drinks over Christmas
And to have more days on plan than off.
I want to be in the 160's by the end on January.9 -
My last miny goal was for the scale to stop jumping around again. Nailed it. If only it could start going downnnn again 😂
So that's my next mini goal, the number going down again.
Also on my list is having more veggies again. I've been not eating veggies as much as I should and want to be sooo 💁🏼♀️ that's another goal8 -
Mu current mini goal is to get in the 150's. I started at 243 a year ago and am at 164. I'm hoping to see the 150's in January. Just 5 more pounds...

I'm working on maintaining, which is hard because my thyroid pooped out this year and I'm not rebalanced yet. Also my birthday is a week before Christmas.
But I get the thyroid removed in January, so next year I can kick the next 60 pounds to the curb!12 -

Def makes things a bit different. I am on 150mg Thyroxine daily, thyroid is gone. Took me many years to get dose and lifestyle to a manageable point. Good luck!8 -

Keep pushing! You've got this! Sometimes the last bit seems like the longest road. You've come so far! So proud of your persistence!!7 -

Hit 199 on 11/13! Currently sitting at 193, and eager to see 185, which will finally move me from obese to overweight on the BMI scale. Also, picked up a size 8 jeans this weekend as some visual/physical motivation. I recently made it into a size 10!12 -
Managing to hit the 50lbs lost mark and then to be in the 170s for Christmas. I'm mid-180s and a few pounds from the first goal right now; really hopeful I can push both!11

I have almost hit the 80 lbs lost mark, and technically could even go now, but they charge a bit more if you are over 230. So now it's a pride thing. I am at 235, so I am getting pretty close. My husband, who is not an adrenaline junkie, has actually even said he would go with me. He has been really supportive of it all
I finally got there, I am at 218 lbs currently, 95 lbs lost! I booked my jump for next weekend. I am SO excited and have amazing little butterflies in my stomach thinking about it.25 -
Just back at it, so a simple goal for the month, 10 pounds down, which I've already reached, but I want to not regain it. Bonus for any more weight released!8

Creating a good Atomic Habit!!7

My baby biceps starting to pop out and show off is actually my biggest motivator right now.12

I went skydiving after a double transplant, removal of 15” of small intestine and a 96 pound weight loss over a span of 2 years(2009-2011). If I were to do it again, would skip or have a very light breakfast and wear a 3/4 or long sleeve shirt. It was 84 degrees when I jumped, so not all that cold at altitude. Family bought me a video of the jump and you can see my loose arm skin flapping all the way down. As for breakfast, when you pull the cord, it’s like somebody giving you the Heimlich maneuver. Just my experience. It may not be yours. It really is a lot of fun so enjoy the experience.
