Hey all! Looks like everyone is doing a great job! I was only down 1.2 pounds (185 to 183.8) but I met the exercise and water challenges. I say _only_ 1.2 because I had been up the week before and didn't lose more than I had put back on.

I like the weekly check in and challenges! I think it makes you reflect on this diet/exercise/lifestyle stuff and think more about the big picture rather than getting bogged down in the day to day. Which is so. easy. to. do.

I hope everyone has a great weekend! My goal for this weekend is to TRACK!

GREAT job to everyone! I have 13/24 weights in thus far, and we've lost 31.7 lbs!!!!!

If you haven't already, please get your weights in! :)

The Blue Team leader is keeping track of minutes worked out on their spreadsheet, but I'm not going to do that. Hopefully everyone is OK with that :)
  • Didn't get to the gym yesterday but promise I will update today!

I didn't lose or gain this week (which could be frustrating but I'm not letting it get me down). I worked out 300 minutes this week, drank all my water and feel leaner in my belly. Next week will be better! Way to go everyone, you're rocking the HOUSE!
  • Being the first week back to work after summer vacation, I was only able to meet the exercise twice! Does my 11 hour work days count?! Otherwise, I was able to meet the water four times. My weight on Friday morning was 141.6... Hopefully next week will be better.

I'm suer I am overlooking it, but what is this weeks challenge again? I can't seem to find it on here!

    **never mind, I found it. I'm a little slow:laugh: **
  • Okay, this week didn't go so well for me. I started school so I walked around a lot more than I normally do. However, some difficult things cropped up and I ate without my health in mind most of the week. I met the exercise challenge 3 days out of the last week and the water challenge 1 day. I also gained 4 pounds so I'm at 166 for the start of this week. Please send good vibes my way gang, I could really use them!
  • Hi everyone-

I stayed the same this week...198.4. I managed to get 3 days of exercise at 30 mins each this week. So 90 mins total. I always get 8+ glasses of water so that isn't a problem.

I had a lot of new things happening this week, so I am happy that I stayed the same and didn't gain.

    Nice Job, y'all!!

My update this week (sorry it's late, we had no internet for a few days!):

Down 1.2#s, and only missed the water goal once. Made all the workouts, even a few extra, for a total of 285 min!

Need to not drink (or find a more calorie-efficient way of doing it), but with all the networking events I have to go to for school, it's kinda hard not to! luckily I'm able to prepare ahead of time.

Great week everyone!! Best of luck this week

    Great job, everyone

I still need Sep 9th weights from a few people!

I hope everyone had a great weekend, I'm excited to see our progress come Friday!

I missed a day of the 30 Day Shred yesterday, but no biggie. On to Day 6 tomorrow! :)

    How's everyone doing?

I'm hoping to be down SOMETHING by tomorrow, but I'm not sure. I've been doing the 30 DS, so I know that's why. I'm dying to see 179 on the scale!!!

    WEIGH IN DAYYYYY! :D

    Weight- 128.6 lbs
    Exercised 197 minutes
Didn't try anything new, except going to the steam room and I don't think that counts.
    Got my water every day.
Under my sodium everyday except once.

Good luck for this upcoming week, and great job for all your hard work this week! :)
  • 232.4 is my weigh in today.. met all the water requirements, but not exercise. I did exercise 5 days!
  • 140.0 this week! Glad for that even if it's just a little!

I met the water each day and the exercise just two...
  • Weigh-In: 116.2
    Exercise: 221 min (5 days/week)
    Water Intake: Not met. :(
    Sodium: Under every day

Tried the new weight machines we got at my gym last night. I think that's something new! I am also going to a trianing session in 2 weeks to make sure I am using them properly.

    Weight last week: 180.6
    Weight this week: 181.6

I'm up a pound, but I know it's because I'm doing the 30 DS. I also started running. I'm hoping to see some big losses in the next week or two!

I met the exercise, and my something new was running. The sodium was probably half way met. It's hard to calculate because I didn't figure it into the foods that I've added to keep track of calories for myself. I met the water every day.
  • My weight today is 148.6. I met the water requirements & kept my sodium under everyday but I only exercised 3 days (120 Mins).

Quick question, does today count as the first day of week 3, or the last day of week 2?

Weight this morning: 225.6! (Down from 227)

Met my water intake all week and my workouts averaged out to at least 40 minutes/day.
