    I think if it is causing anxiety one should probably stick to 1-2x per week. The first time I weighed daily the variations bothered me a lot so I stopped but then I started again for different reasons. Now it doesn't bother me nearly as much but for this month I've gone back to 2x per week so I don't obsess about it.

    Ultimately, whatever works best for your personality is probably the ideal choice.

    So this came with my new scale. (Accuweight is the brand). Kind of surprised to see this. Common sense I guess.
    It talks about muscle being heavier, but muscle burns fat.
    Thought that I would share.

    I honestly do try not to get upset with the fluctuations, but they still bother me.

    @dawnbgethealthy Thanks for sharing. Of course we all know this but sometimes it does get buried at the bottom of the paperwork pile in our minds. It's always nice to have reminders of many things. That's why I love reading the posts. Each person is focused on different things at different times so the reminders are constantly rotating. This was an exceptionally good one.

    This is why I decided to use an app that tracks the trend, so I can focus on the trend rather than the actual number of the day.
