I’m going to give this challenge a try! I’ve been on and off of this app for over 10 years. I’m really trying to rededicate myself to healthier eating and living! Glad to be on this journey with some dedicated people.

Hello everyone. Hope you all had a fantastic holiday. I regained most of the weight I had lost prior to 2021. The last 6 months being the worst. I am 51 5'2". I have a final goal weight of 125. Current weight 165.

So I know this is water weight but I'll take it! I've also started exercising yeay for me. I play FitXR on my virtual reality headset. It's a HIIT workout, boxing and dance workout game. I'm loving it and it has a calorie counter in it too for my height and weight. I've also got a hello fresh delivery on Sunday. 5 recipes for 2 people. It was 50% off too. Looking forward to cooking more too.9 -
Good start. Feeling positive … thinking of that bikini in 6 weeks. Lots of water weight here too @roz0810 but I feel much less uncomfortable and bloated for getting that off. Well done all

I couldn't find the link to the Sept-Dec challenge to post my last weight so I'll post it here instead.
For most of the last challenge I was doing really well and by mid December I had lost 20lbs and had made it into a healthy weight range, then Christmas happened! I have gained about 7.5lbs in the last couple of weeks from my lowest, a lot of it is probably water weight from Christmas food but definitely not all of it!
Needing to get my focus and accountability back before I backslide any further... here we go!

I am 62 years old and would like to lose about 20 lbs to reach my goal of 140. My short term goal to hit 150 by my birthday at the end of March (I’m being realistic for myself). I want to be at my goal of 140 by June.

My name is Donna. I am 61 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, a touch of high blood pressure, some osteoporosis and am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.
CHALLENGE TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: Total Loss of 15 pounds to land at 176.5 (Wow! That sounds like a dream. But…dreams do come true!)

Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

I TRY TO WEIGH ON THE 1ST AND LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH ALSO. I HAVE MADE THE GOAL OF LOSING A LITTLE MORE IN SEPT AND OCT AND KEEPING IT A LITTLE LESS THROUGH THE NOV AND DEC HOLIDAYS (AND BAKING SEASON.) I THINK THAT 15 POUNDS OVERALL IS A MORE REALISTIC GOAL FOR ME ESPECIALLY SINCE I LIVE IN A VERY SNOWY AND ICY AREA AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND EXERCISE ARE DIFFICULT AFTER OCTOBER 1ST. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT I GET AND STAY AT A HEALTHY WEIGHT DUE TO HEALTH REASONS I WILL SHARE ALONG THE WAY. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! I AM ROOTING FOR YOU AND SUPPORTING YOU ALL 100% WE CAN DO THIS!

Jan 01….. 190.0….. (Trend Weight: 191.5)….. . On December 31, 2020 my weight was at 207.0. I am down 15.4 pounds this year and for that I am grateful. I plan on working even harder in 2022. Happy New Year everyone!
Jan 06….. 194.0….. (Trend Weight: 191.8)….. I am spiraling out of control very quickly and I’m quite sure it is not water weight. I have been trapped in my livingroom for 8 days with a full floor (except livingroom) flooring reno on main floor. No exercise or movement. No stove or fridge etc. Just grabbing food and choosing as best I can but mainly no calorie burn. I’ve got to turn this ship around! Flooring specialists will be back today. I am hoping that a good portion will finally be completed!

I would like to join. Lost 60 pounds in 2019, gained 20 through Covid. Lost 14 since August 2021. I’m 56, 5’8”. GW is 145 for this Spring/Summer.

A little insight: January1st Sw is133.8 but I lost a bit. prior to this challenge (-2lbs)
I'm 131.8 lbs right now. My goal for the next three months.. January-March. Is to lose 8.8 lbs by march for 122lbs. So a goal of 3lbs per month. At this point I lose slower. So my rate of is 1.8-3.2lbs permonth
I weigh in on Mondays. Once in the beginning of the month. Then once near end of the month.

I have really been struggling to get back on track to lose my re- gained weight, but just haven't been able to get into the right headspace, half the battle IMO.
Well roz0810 because of this challenge I have been making better choices👍.
Even when I went to the bakery with hubby who fancied a meat pie for a snack, accompanied by a fresh cream and apple turnover ...huge one😱.
I resisted, a salad roll only. Before this challenge I'm quite sure I would have caved in to a caramel tart, I'm hopeless with caramel, lol.

I know the feeling. I've been to the bakery this morning and brought my husband two things and nothing for myself. I had already had breakfast. Even when my friend said if I wanted anything to eat I said no thank you. But we're going out for a meal Wednesday as a friend/neighbour is moving away. But I'll stick to a chicken salad 🥗 😊2
