10 Jan: 164.4- Seriously, this sucks. I need to track better and get more walking in. This week's plan: I cut some fats from my daily meals/snacks. Sticking to egg whites instead of whole eggs, less cheese, switching to almond milk instead of whole milk in my morning coffee. Not alot, but I'm taking baby steps! I'm in this for the long haul. I plan on walking more as well. I used to park & walk to work everyday which gave me a 25 min walk 5 days a week. I've been slacking on that, so my metabolism might be suffering. Depression has been a b!#t%. It's been hard for me to feel motivated, all I can do is keep trying. I know if I give up, it will only get worse. So here's to a new week! & not giving up!3 -

Jan 7 186 (I knew today would be higher because of good food and drinks with friends last night). Today is one year since restarting my weight loss journey and I’ve lost 28 pounds this year and down total 51. I’m proud of myself.
Jan 12 188. Ugh I know I’m bloated from pms and eating yummy food while on vacay this weekend and the number will go back down but still disheartening to see.3 -

16 Jan- 160.0 lb- Surprised by this! We had a birthday party for my 5 year old yesterday it included cake & pizza... I had 2 peices of pizza & 1/2 a peice of cake. Still counted the calories though! I was also pretty active because it was at a playland so I was chasing my 3 year old around for part of the time lol That probably helped as well.1 -

You'll bounce back in no time!! It's mostly bloating I'm sure. Make sure to drink lots of water today! Especially if you'll be shoveling!
It's always a bummer when you plan to treat yourself & it's not good/worth it. That happened to me at my cousins wedding. I was SO excited. Food was ok, the cake was low-sugar....I wanted my calories back lol1 -

My weight is fluctuating but I understand that it’s normal and weight loss isn’t linear. If I can get to 255 or lower by the end of January I will be very happy.2 -
