    Hi, I am in for another cycle. Thanks for starting this again.

    STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
    Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.

    Challenge starting weight: 154.2 (this is a little inflated because of Christmas, etc.)
    I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
    My goal for this cycle will be 145#
    Oct. average weight= 152.01
    Nov. average weight= 151.28
    Dec. average weight= 150.53

    Starting weight = 154.2
    1-3-22= 153
    1-10= 150.86
    1-17= 151.17

    Jan 01…… 191.0…..(Trend Weight: 191.5)….. Happy New Year everyone. I’ve been slipping, sliding and teetering back and forth since October (just prior to needing cancer-scare breast surgery). I’m ready to stop eating all my emotions and grief and get back on track to the business of health and well-being. I am glad to have ended 2021 over 15 pounds lighter. I am sad that I lost some ground during the last quarter of the year. Recommitting today! Let’s have some fun and do this together, my friends!

    January 22: 138.8 Went over my calories on Monday, but was under them every other day this week. I drank 64 oz minimum of water daily and even upped my exercise by 15 per day to compensate. This has to be water retention because I didn't eat that many extra calories to gain fat. That's my excuse anyway! :D

    I do weekly averages and I measure in kg
    Week 0: January 9: 94.0 kg (=challenge starting weight)
    Week 1: January 16: 94.0 kg (-0.0 kg this week, -0.0 kg total, -0.0 kg/week)
    Week 2: January 23: 93.8 kg (-0.2 kg this week, -0.2 kg total, -0.1 kg/week)

    Was nicely going down in weight until weekend with outlier 2 kg more than earlier in the week (out for diner, alcohol). But at least average is going down :-)

    Started the week out with beating back migraines we have horrible weather inversions here and it definitely sparks them off!) then morphed into a small cold (cough and slight sinus congestion) So, my eating got logged for the most part, but I have been over calories a couple days and ate way more carbs than usual to combat the medication souring my stomach. But I am feeling WAY better now and hope to get some good days and exercise in this week!

    I started the last challenge at 153.0 on 9/25/21 with a goal of 140.0 by 12/31/21. I reached my goal 3 weeks early but then regained over Christmas. I'm hoping that the first 5lbs come back off relatively easily and anticipate a slow down from February onwards. 142.8 puts me at a healthy bmi for my 5'4 height so losing after that becomes a lot more difficult. I really want to start some sort of regular exercise this month, need to find something enjoyable that doesn't take up too much time but is effective. I'm thinking of doing the couch to 5k challenge so need to get some kit to run in.

    January 3: 144.6 (trend 144.5) Gained 4lbs over 2 weeks of Christmas so should take 3 weeks to get back to 140.6

    January 10: (target 143.0) 140.6 (trend 142.5) Well that was a nice quick drop! It's a relief to know I can take a few weeks off and not do too much damage. Just need to keep an eye on that trend weight, needs to be a couple of lbs lower to match mid December average.

    January 17: (target 141.5) 141.6 (trend 141.4) Has anyone seen my mojo? It's gone AWOL. At least I'm on track ish.
