Coming back after long

In past was an athlete , but lost myself and went into depression, had a lot to eat maybe was finding solace in that, gained a lot of weight became 153 kg now trying to get my life back have started fighting hard come down a few kg now weight 147 Kg want to find inspiration and motivation to continue this

    Ironman_99 - As a former athlete you already know how to focus and commit to a goal. Time to jump start your former athletic ways as well - based on your handle were you a triathlete? Swimming is a great place to start. Good luck on your journey, persistence is key.
