Is there a way to edit your original post to keep up with each week or do you have to make a new post for every week? My weekly weigh-in was 206.6, down from 209.
This week's challenge: going back to work. I won't have nearly as much time to cook and exercise.4 -

You can only edit a post for about 50 minutes following posting it. I like to copy my latest post on a document off-site. I use word but any document would work. I edit/change that document off-site then copy and paste it to the comments section on our 52 in 52 forum. You will then have about 50 minutes to tweak any changes you’d like to make.
Also, in my opinion, posting a whole year's worth of dates with NO weights on them is a waste of time and space. By the way, good job! Keep it up! Only 50 more weeks to go! I this thread.

Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in day out.
A pound a week seems reasonable. Why is it so hard?

🌟 Last week's successes: I logged my food every day and stayed under my daily goal even though we've all got a horrendous cold 😷 and I wanted to eat all the food 🍰
💪 This week's challenges: Staying motivated as my weightloss slows down. I weigh every day and I seem to have stalled 🤔 I know I'm being ridiculous as a 9 lbs loss in 3 weeks is amazing and I got a 1 lb loss this week, which is what I'm actually aiming for... think I need to start taking my measurements too.

Last week's successes: Cold turkyed coffee for 22 days now. Subbed in Green Tea with Apple Cider Vinegar and Collagen. Joints feel better.
This week's Challenges: Staying motivated with a slower weight loss trend. It was easy to be motivated with double-digit weekly weight losses when I started keto. Now that the easy water weight pounds have come off, I need to be grateful for any weight loss each week. 52 in 52 equates to 1 pound per week. I’ll be grateful for that!

1/22: 138.8 Went over my calories on Monday, but was under them every other day this week. I drank 64 oz minimum of water daily and even upped my exercise by 15 per day to compensate. This has to be water retention because I didn't eat that many extra calories to gain fat.

Last week's successes: Multiple days taking care of my 2 week old grandchild so my son and his wife could shop for a car to replace the one that was totaled. DIL was hit while at a traffic light in December ... he fell asleep at the wheel. Lucky that she and the baby were fine and it did not cause her to go into early labor. But driving 2 hrs round trip for 3 days and sitting with her threw off both my exercise and eating schedule. Headed up there again today.
This week's challenges: Drink more water and get the daily net calories (total consumed - exercise calories earned) - back under 1500 as a step in the right direction.
