1/22: 138.8 Went over my calories on Monday, but was under them every other day this week. I drank 64 oz minimum of water daily and even upped my exercise by 15 per day to compensate. This has to be water retention because I didn't eat that many extra calories to gain fat.

Last week's successes: I logged everything I consumed. In addition to my daily walking, I went to the gym 5 days (1 day I even went twice).
This week's challenges: Incorporating strength training in with my cardio exercises and increasing my water intake again. I am also going to try to stay within my other macro targets more rather than focusing only on calorie intake.- Wk 1 = -3.8

I had my first week with a weight gain since I started back on my "get healthy" journey this year. I knew it would come eventually. I've been at the same weight plus or minus a pound for almost 3-weeks now. I have increased my water intake significantly so that may have something to do with it. I've been sticking to my calorie goals and exercising at least 5 days a week. I think I'm going to start paying more attention to my other macros and sodium intake and see if perhaps that will kick my metabolism back in gear.
In the meantime, I am not going to be discouraged! I've been here before and have given up when I was working hard and not seeing the scale move. I'm not going to do that this time. I know it is a process and a marathon.. not a sprint. This too shall pass. I just have to find the right combination of food and exercise to get me where I need to be. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend.

WK07 Feb 14: 197.6…..(Trend Weight: 195.6)….. It’s been a good week and a bad week as you can see. Pizza on one night with cake. Subway on another. Otherwise, pretty solid but low exercise/movement until yesterday when I burned a TON of calories which did not really reflect on the scale. I am trying for a better week.

I'm staying within my calories and only losing 0.5 lbs a week so I have 2 choices: restrict my calories further or move more. I feel 1,600 kcal a day is sustainable for me so exercise it is... unfortunately I just can't be bothered 😂
