WK02 Jan 10: 194.4…..(Trend Weight: 192.1)….. Gaining a good bit during the reno process of my home. I have been without fridge and stove for the 10 day process. Grab & go food but things are improving on the homefront. Ready to kick it into high gear!

WK06 Feb 07: 195.4…..(Trend Weight: 195.5)….. I screwed up my last post weighing in on the 1st of Feb. Should have been today. Corrected now. February has only 28 days in order to make some progress so it is traditionally a tough month especially since it falls in winter too. Time to rise to the occasion!
WK07 Feb 14: 197.6…..(Trend Weight: 195.6)….. It’s been a good week and a bad week as you can see. Pizza on one night with cake. Subway on another. Otherwise, pretty solid but low exercise/movement until yesterday when I burned a TON of calories which did not really reflect on the scale. I am trying for a better week.
WK08 Feb 21: 196.0…..(Trend Weight: 195.6)….. A better week for sure but the renovations are still limiting my ability to exercise or get in enough movement, as well as my privacy. My short term goal is to hit the 180’s again and then hang on for dear life. I am picturing the man from “Up” holding on to those balloons. I need to get moving, hang on for dear life but enjoy the ride! Oh, and I need to keep promises….even to myself.

Last week's successes: I went to the gym 4 of 7 days. I stayed within my calorie goals 6 of 7 days.
This week's challenges: Increasing my water intake. I am also going to try to stay within my other macro targets more rather than focusing only on calorie intake.- Wk 1 = -3.8

Although, I’m not happy with February’s results, according to my projection spreadsheet calculator I made for myself to hit my goal weight by end of 2022, I am still about 1.5 lbs lighter than I planned to be by this time. So I guess I can say I’m still on target although I didn’t have a great loss in February.

WK09 Feb 28: 198.2…..(Trend Weight: 196.5)….. A week of 196 thru 198 back and forth. I’m not liking this. Some days I know why. Other days, like today, I have no clue. The obvious is that when I am not consistent with my efforts, my scale is not consistent either. But the days it shows up is always baffling. No 200’s for me. Been there/Done that. Gotta get a grip here.

Otherwise, pretty solid but low exercise/movement until yesterday when I burned a TON of calories which did not really reflect on the scale. I am trying for a better week.
WK08 Feb 21: 196.0…..(Trend Weight: 195.6)….. A better week for sure but the renovations are still limiting my ability to exercise or get in enough movement, as well as my privacy. My short term goal is to hit the 180’s again and then hang on for dear life. I am picturing the man from “Up” holding on to those balloons. I need to get moving, hang on for dear life but enjoy the ride! Oh, and I need to keep promises….even to myself.
WK09 Feb 28: 198.2…..(Trend Weight: 196.5)….. A week of 196 thru 198 back and forth. I’m not liking this. Some days I know why. Other days, like today, I have no clue. The obvious is that when I am not consistent with my efforts, my scale is not consistent either. But the days it shows up is always baffling. No 200’s for me. Been there/Done that. Gotta get a grip here.

1/22: 138.8 Went over my calories on Monday, but was under them every other day this week. I drank 64 oz minimum of water daily and even upped my exercise by 15 per day to compensate. This has to be water retention because I didn't eat that many extra calories to gain fat.
