    Last month was pretty weird: catching Covid, isolating and getting back to normal. Now I’m feeling back to normal, I’ll be back in the gym, and there’s Spring in the air, so hopefully I can knock off a little bit of weight.

    For the first time in ages I’ve actually set my calories to a loss (I used to lose just keeping to maintenance) so we’ll see how that goes.
