OK - first time joining one of these groups. Back on MFP for the first time in a while. My goal is to fit in my clothes again before heading back to the office when it opens back up again (feels like it will be soon!)

This is it, I gotta get my *kitten* in gear. I've been going up and down on the scale and my eating habits go from good to bad as the days go on. I have a horrible time with evening snacking. I'm going to try brushing my teeth early. I hit onederland earlier this month but then fell off track. I have a couple weddings this year and I want to get smaller.
WE GOT THIS!
Goals:
Work out on every day off
Fill half of each plate with vegetables
No late night snacking
Take my dog for at least a 40 min walk everyday

Last month was pretty weird: catching Covid, isolating and getting back to normal. Now Iβm feeling back to normal, Iβll be back in the gym, and thereβs Spring in the air, so hopefully I can knock off a little bit of weight.
For the first time in ages Iβve actually set my calories to a loss (I used to lose just keeping to maintenance) so weβll see how that goes.3 -
