Last month was pretty weird: catching Covid, isolating and getting back to normal. Now Iโm feeling back to normal, Iโll be back in the gym, and thereโs Spring in the air, so hopefully I can knock off a little bit of weight.
For the first time in ages Iโve actually set my calories to a loss (I used to lose just keeping to maintenance) so weโll see how that goes.3 -

A good, less hungry, better-able-to-stay-within-lower-calories week. I stayed between my FitBit maintenance calories and my MyFitnessPal 0.2kg loss all week. My BF% is lower than it has been at this weight which doesnโt make any particular sense.
Also went back to the gym after over a monthโs break, did 5k on the treadmill and 5k on the cross trainer. I tried slowing down on the treadmill but that made it less fun so I sped back up. ๐ Cardio makes me happy! ๐6 -
