    Last month was pretty weird: catching Covid, isolating and getting back to normal. Now Iโ€™m feeling back to normal, Iโ€™ll be back in the gym, and thereโ€™s Spring in the air, so hopefully I can knock off a little bit of weight.

    For the first time in ages Iโ€™ve actually set my calories to a loss (I used to lose just keeping to maintenance) so weโ€™ll see how that goes.

    How do you find birthday week goes? Mine isnโ€™t usually too bad but my boysโ€™ birthdays I tend to relax a little too much. ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @Oishii it was an indulgent day for sure but I made up for it today with lots of extra walks with my little one in the pram. We need days off through right? And what better day to pick than ones with party food and cake.
