Aiming for 100 mins of planks and 60 mins of other isometrics . Would like to finally be able to do 20 correct pushups in a row!
1/1: 3:00 weighted wall sits and 6:00 planks
    1/2: 6:00 planks with MadFit
1/3: 6:00 planks during low impact workout w Heather Robertson
    1/4: 10:00 leg isometrics w Caroline Girvan
    1/5: 4:00 planks (Tabata w Rachel Gulotta)
    1/6: 3:00 wall sit
    1/7: 5:00 planks, freestyle + 7:00 legs iso

    1/8-1/10 - no explicit isometrics

1/11: 3:00 planks during full body workout
    1/12: 1:00 planks (renegate rows) during workout + 5:00 planks w Joanna Soh + 3:00 wall sits

This month's gonna be quite lame, but I'll try keep the count, regardless...

    1/19: 4:00 planks, during HIIT
1/20: 2:00 leg holds, during Epic III
1/23: 6:00 planks, variations of renegates

Never quite got to closing this and it bugged me on and off. I had some planks incorporated in my workouts in Jan, so I would make a rough estimate:

    Total:
    Planks: 55:00
    Legs Isometrics: 30:00
    Pushups in a row: 19

Never been so far away from goal, but the Epic series is a very challenging one, so there's that! Not the scope here, but I finished Epic III in February.

Joining you in March (bc it's 03.03. today 🙊)
