Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

2 (small) packages sugar free fat free instant Cheesecake Jell-O Pudding Mix
2 cups skim milk
1 15oz pumpkin puree
1 8 oz fat free or sugar free cool whip
Pumpkin pie spice to taste

Mix pudding mix and milk until pudding consistency, and then fold in remaining ingredients.

This makes about half cup servings for 65 cals each

Taste just like the filling of a pumpkin pie!
