I had a big loss this week! I've been working out everyday and really getting into a routine. I also take my dog on walks all the time. I'm eating pretty good too. I found "smart sweets" not sure if anyone has heard of them but its a healthier option for that something sweet at the end of the day. I've really been liking them. I also got a new fitness partner who lives in another country (we met on here) and we've been keeping each other accountable! It's really fun!

It's nice to have accountability! Also, stress is a weight loss killer! There is too much fear and darkness out there...I hope we can take the time to rest our minds today and plug into the Source of true joy... it does the body good!

This month is going well from a point of view of weight loss. When I’ve eaten all my calories earlier in the day I’ve been making myself large, fun salads (just lettuce and toppings I like, like little bits of cheese, quorn ham, nuts), so I still feel like I’m treating myself.
I took a progress pic this week because sometimes I start to wonder which weight I prefer and I can’t remember. This way I can have reference points stored on MyFitnessPal.7 -

Total loss for March Though my scale weight is back up to where it was two weeks ago, my average is down 1.3 pounds over the same time and almost two pounds for the month.
Finally.
Yesterday I allowed myself to go way overboard, and I mostly knew what I was doing. Probably not a bad idea, and now it's back to what I've been doing lately. I'm down about 5.5 pounds from a recent high back in July after struggling since September 2020 when I gained my COVID "nineteen."6 -
3/19/22 I keep waking up with my health and fitness on my mind. Decided to day to give couch to 5k another go. Went to the trail for my first run today! Feeling great the rest of the day.
COVID and work stress are taking their toll. I have gained 22 pounds in the past year. Time to get my ish together! No one else can do it for me!

@mrs_chivonne hey thank you! I have been trying harder than I ever have with a diet/ life style change so it is starting to pay off.
I’ve cut out fizzy drinks (well almost I might only have or two a week now where as before it was more than once a day)
I’ve gone from sitting ok my *kitten* all day to trying to reach a minimum of 10000 steps
I aim to drink between 2.5-3.5 litres of plain cold water per day
I’m counting ever morsel of calories that enter my body and keeping it under 1900 but on average it is more like 1600
I give myself one cheat day a week but still keep calories under 2500 so it doesn’t get excessive as before this I wii it ups binge more than once a week
I’m also breastfeeding at the mom ent which is worth mentioning as this supposedly burns calories
I think my most successful changes are the water intake and walking as before these were both so low.
Keep your head up and you’ll get there, I’ve been yo-yo dieting since I was a teen and this is probably the longest I’ve ever stuck to something. It’s been 7 weeks so far so fingers crossed I can keep it up and reach a healthy and happy weight.4 -
