Well, this month took a turn. I had adjusted my goal at the end of February to maintaining due to an upcoming vacation, but also privately due to finding out I was pregnant. Unfortunately, we found out the pregnancy wasn't viable two weeks ago and I've since miscarried. I felt the need to mention all that because I have been dropping weight steadily since we found out. Partly due to a lack of appetite, but also because I feel a stronger urge to get my health in check before we hopefully get pregnant again. It feels more important than ever. So I am adjusting my goal AGAIN (please forgive me!) and am grateful to have this focus as a welcome distraction.6 -

It seems like not too long ago I was celebrating being out of the 170s and now I am in the 150s. I feel like I can wear more styles confidently and all my clothes are fitting so much better, including a dress I bought for an upcoming vacation that was too small before. I'm really looking forward to jogging again too now that the weather has warmed up! I've gone a couple times this last week and it was so nice.4 -

Hi, I am in for another cycle. Thanks for starting this again.
STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.
Challenge starting weight: 154.2 (this is a little inflated because of Christmas, etc.)
I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
My goal for this cycle will be 145#Oct. average weight= 152.01
Nov. average weight= 151.28
Dec. average weight= 150.53
Jan. 2022 average weight= 150.86
