In search of Accountability/Exercise Partners

Would anyone like to be accountability/Diet/Excercise partners? If your not near Burnham Pa we could do our excercises via video chat on Zoom, Duo, Facebook or even Skype! I also have Snapchat if anyone would like to just check in to see how the other is doing ❤️ I need more weight loss lady friends and men are welcomed too!

I know for my diet I'd like to stay 1500 calories or under a day since I'm about 5'4 and 282 pounds and don't like it, and I'd like to do workouts once a day at least for at least and hour. I'd even accept people who just want check ins.

    You can add me. I need to lose 50+ lbs. I'm motivated and willing to work hard. I am not sure of what types of food to eat. I'm hoping to find someone that has already lost a lot of weight or needs to lose a lot of weight. If you've lost a lot of weight, what kinds of foods did you eat? If you are just now starting on the road, what is a meal plan that you are doing?
